Nearly everything was perfect. Perfect location next to the skilift, perfect breakfast, very helpful and friendly personal, great SPA and fitness area.
The only negativ point was the bed matresse. I was lying in a groove. But it was changed after my reclamation. And there was only 1 electric socket in the single room for charging the mobil telephone.
But at all, I can only recommend this hotel.

Very nice hotel conveniently located close to the ski lifts. Staff was absolutely amazing! I broke my leg during skiing and they did everything to make the rest of our stay as pleasant as possible! Food in the restaurant was great and the wine selection top notch!

The rooms are rather old, but clean and comfortable. We had unfortunately one at 7th floor where the view wasn’t to good due to the roof and small Windows, but the staff were ready to change it. :) however, the amenities are very Nice and renovated. The pool is warm and cosy (very nice option to swim outside), the food is very good (the prices in the restaurant and bar reasonable), and there is really good gym. The staff was helpful and friendly. There is rather nothing to do for smaller children, apart from the pool. Overall we had a nice stay. Thank U!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub im Krumers Alpin Resort. Das haben wir dem Hotelteam zu verdanken, denn jedes Teammitglied hat einen grossartigen Einsatz vollbracht! One Team, One Voice! Ein herzliches DANKESCHÖN von uns! Wir haben diese Woche in vollen Zügen genossen und verbringen sehr gerne wieder unseren Urlaub im Krumers Alpin Resort! Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel sehr gerne weiter!

Das Zimmer (3er Belegung) war, trotz sehr guter Größe und viel Platz, leider total veraltet. Farben, Materialien, Ausstattung - alles bedarf dringend einer Überholung und Modernisierung. Die Fenster zur lauten Straße sind nicht schalldicht, Stoff-Rollos, eine Schlafcouch die eine absolute Zumutung für den dritten Gast bedeutete (eine Frechheit sowas überhaupt anzubieten!), kaum funktionierende Steckdosen, Anordnung der Lichtschalter, Heizungssteuerung, kein Waschbecken auf der separaten Toilette usw. usw. - Für den aufgerufenen Preis stimmt hier sehr viel einfach nicht. Auch der Wellness Bereich sieht schöner aus, als er eigentlich ist. Hallenbadatmosphäre, im Außenpool fehlen überall Fliesen, kein Außen-Licht funktioniert am Abend, Liegen sind unbequem, Temperatur ist viel zu kühl (Luft und Wasser). Saunen und Ausstattung sind allerdings positiv hervorzuheben. Das Highlight in diesem Hotel ist die Gastronomie. Frühstück, Lunch und das mehrgängige Abendessen sind sehr vielseitig, kreativ und geschmacklich hervorragend. Der Service beim Frühstück ist - leider als einzige Ausnahme - immer fröhlich und freundlich. Die anderen Angestellten legen - wie leider überall in den Alpen heutzutage - gelangweilte Gleichgültigkeit an den Tag. Darüber hinaus ist die Bar auch gut ausgestattet. Fazit: Viel zu teuer für den Komfort, der einem angeboten wird.

In Summe gutes Wellness Hotel. Man braucht etwas um sich im Wellness Bereich zurecht zu finden- aber super Auswahl an Saunen. Ruheräume neu und cool.
Essen top, vor allem abends, Frühstück und Jause durchschnittlich.
Zimmer komfortabel aber teilweise noch etwas „alt“.
