Ich war zu einer 2 1/2 Tägigen Veranstaltung im Hotel. Die Zimmer sind klein aber sauber. Die Dusche hat sofort heißes Wasser und für Reisen bis zu 4 Nächten gibt es genügend Abstellfläche. Der Fitnessbereich ist für die Größe des Hauses leider viel zu unterdimensioniert. Es gibt einige Geräte und Gewichte. Leider waren 2 Geräte defekt. Schwimmbad gibt es auch, habe ich aber nicht genutzt. Die Tagungsräume sind gut und es funktioniert soweit alles. Leider ist das bei den Steckdosen nicht der Fall. An den verschiedenen Stellen sind viele Steckdosen ohne Funktion oder im Lobbybereich in -1 leider gar nicht vorhanden. Das Essen war ok. Keine Gaumenfreuden aber satt wird jeder. Sehr traurig ist es, dass nicht einmal Gepäckhilfe angeboten wurde. Hier galt zumindest beim Aufenthalt „selbst ist der Gast“ Der Weg vom Parkhaus zum Hotel ist sehr holprig und schwierig befahrbar. Oder auch der Gepäckraum zu dem jeder - jederzeit Zutritt hat, wenn man den weiß wo dieser ist. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel was leider spürbar mehr und mehr spart. Ich hoffe, bald nur nicht noch mehr an wichtigen relevanten Facts.

Erstklassig, serviceorientiert, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis mehr als sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist sehr modern eingerichtet, traumhafte Fernsicht bis zur Pfalz, Restaurant trotz der vielen Plätze sehr einladend inkl. der Bar. Jederzeit gerne wieder, wenn wir Gäste haben, die wir in Seeheim unterbringen wollen.

- zweckmäßiges Einzelzimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett
- Fenster, das man auch im vierten Stock noch öffnen kann für Frischluftzufuhr
- freundliches Personal
- wirklich hervorragende Verpflegung während eines Seminars: Frühstück, Snacks, Kaffee & Kuchen, Mittag-/Abendessen - alles top!
Werde die Location definitiv auch für private Aufenthalte weiterempfehlen.
Kleine Kritikpunkte:
- zwei Steckdosen (plus eine im Bad) im Einzelzimmer sind zu wenig - am besten eine Steckdosenleiste mitbringen
- bei Anreise mit ÖPNV (Straßenbahn) etwas mühsamer "Aufstieg" durch ein Waldstück ohne Beleuchtung

Wir waren für ein Wochenende als Familie mit zwei größeren Kindern im Hotel. Das Ausziehsofa für die Kinder entsprach einem vollwärtigen Bett und hatte eine sehr bequeme Liegefläche. Wir hatten das im 4 Sterne-Hotel auch schon anders. Das Zimmer war extrem gemütlich und sehr sauber.
Weiterhin lässt das Hotel keine Wünsche offen und die Lage ist außergewöhnlich.
Wir wollten den Raum Frankfurt und Wiesbaden erkunden und dafür ist das Hotel sehr gut gelegen, am Tag Stadt am Abend Ruhe.
Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und den 4-Sternen entsprechend mit sehr großer Auswahl. Das Personal ist sehr service-orientiert und immer sehr zuvorkommend.
Alles in allem ein "Place to be", auch wenn man nicht geschäftlich für eine Konferenz dort absteigt.

I stayed here in 2021 for the Frankenstein castle ******* house and I had such a wonderful experience including the delicious breakfast so I gathered a group of friends for a girls trip with all our pets to show them ******* castle and once again this hotel was incredibly perfect. I discovered the back mini hike to the city and enjoyed a nice dinner at a pizzeria down in the town. Thank you so much for such a great hotel with such wonderful service and incredibly comfortable bed!
