Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura sfruttando un pacchetto Smart box che ci è stato regalato per Natale. Purtroppo la struttura si è rivelata vecchia e non particolarmente curata. La nostra stanza aveva addirittura la muffa sulle pareti ed il bagno era poco pulito (abbiamo trovato delle calze appese alla doccia e la stanza era stata appena pulita) e polvere un po’ ovunque, addirittura c’erano dei capelli tra le lenzuola. Nonostante fosse un bel fine settimana la piscina non era stata preparata: nel prato erba alta ed escrementi di cane e l’acqua sembrava uno stagno tanto era torbida. Due signori si sono dovuti prendere le sdraio da soli perché erano ancora tutte impilate. La sorpresa migliore è stata la colazione perché non avevano nessun prodotto adatto a chi ha intolleranze alimentari, infatti ho richiesto prodotti integrali (biscotti o fette biscottate) e dopo 15 minuti di attesa la cameriera è tornata per dirmi che non avevano niente! Nel 2024 non si può non essere preparati per persone con problemi alimentari e mi sono dovuta accontentare di un po’ di frutta e dello yogurt. Inoltre anche qui abbiamo trovato le tazzine sul tavolo già sporche. Per noi è stata veramente un’esperienza negativa e non lo consiglierei a nessuno.

Nice stay. Quite cheap and close to Baselga, where I was during day time for speed skating competition. Staff was polite and helpful. Sauna costed extra, this should possibly have been included. Dinner was good! Hotel has gas station, bank and grocery store just within 100m range.

Wir waren über das Wochenende hier und es war herrlich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich alles ist sehr sauber und das Essen ist einfach nur Sitze. Es gibt genügend Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder es gab Spielzeug für unseren kleinen und das Eis ist einfach nur ein Traum.

E' la prima volta che pernottavamo in questo hotel. L'esperienza è stata veramente piacevole! Ambiente amichevole, personale molto gentile sia in sala/bar che in reception. Abbiamo scelto la formula mezza pensione e sia la colazione che la cena sono state molto buone. Consigliato!

Siamo ritornati per un altro weekend in questo albergo e devo dire che ci piace tanto soggiornarvi. Il proprietario Sig. Fabrizio è cordiale, disponibile, gentile e pronto sempre a rispondere alle esigenze del cliente. La camera è in stile di montagna in legno, i letti ben preparati e gli asciugamani sono sempre profumati (bellissimo non abbiano l'odore poco piacevole da lavanderia industriale), il sapone all'olio d'oliva è buonissimo e non manca nulla. Al ristorante si mangia bene sia a cena che a colazione con ampia scelta. Hotel per friendly. Il personale in sala è in reception è sempre sorridente e amichevole. È diventato un ns punto di riferimento. Grazie. Francesca

Posto in un crocevia comodo per tutta la val di cembra.

Hotel per persone senza tante pretese ,simpatico e gentile il giovane Alessandro figlio dei gestori, stanze piccoline ma pulite che necessiterebbero dei piccoli interventi. Normali le cene ma ottima la colazione molto ricca e abbondante. Nota di merito per la massaggiatrice Jessica che ha sottoposto mia moglie a un trattamento rilassante. Purtroppo nota negativa le campane della vicina chiesa che alle sette del mattino suonano in maniera esagerata per diversi minuti e per una persona in vacanza non è sicuramente una cosa non piacevole.
