The property is old and the rooms need a big upgrade, unfortunately the bathroom smelled very bad since the day we checked-in, had to buy a candle to camouflage the bad odor. I think there are better options to stay in Segovia

The underground car park is soo stressful ! It’s tight and very hard to park in
The lights go out quickly and you are left in the pitch black not safe as a women
Also the hotel staff spoke no English and were not friendly

Had Rm 211. Good overall. Clean and reasonably large. Comfy bed. Thin walls. Could hear neighbours talking. Drowned out ok by the use of AC. The door could only be closed by slamming which the Neighbors must have liked. Friendly staff. Decent stay overall.

Ha sido una buena elección, está a una distancia cómoda para visitar la ciudad sin necesidad de coche. La atención muy buena, el desayuno más que bien, las habitaciones son notables en comodidad. Quiero resaltar la deferencia habida, puesto que se nos olvidó alguna prenda y no demoraron nada en enviárnosla al domicilio.

Calidad-precio muy adecuado. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta para recorrer la ciudad. La habitación es amplia, con camas cómodas y buen baño. La pena es q en el bar y al menos en la quinta planta hay olor a “frito”. Al encender la calefacción sale olor a comida así q debe haber algún problema de conducción de humos. Desde la habitación, además, se oía mucho el ascensor que sube hasta la cuarta planta. El desayuno, bien. La estancia en general, buena y los trabajadores muy amables.

El acceso al hotel tiene muchas barreras arquitectónicas sobretodo para las personas con movilidad reducida, lo único a destacar es que las chicas de la recepción son muy amables y muy serviciales.
