Romantic stay as part of a road trip in Spain. Excellent hotel, great value for money. If you take the hotel parking option, we will even park your vehicle for you, the same when you leave! The hotel is very well located for visiting the city. Excellent stay despite the rain, normal in November. We also loved the gastronomy of Segovia. We recommend our hotel and this magnificent city

Very good hotel. Good size rooms and lovely bathroom. Two person shower (two showers). Great views. Location is excellent and in main street of town. So walking distance to all the main places of interest. It’s in a pedestrian zone but taxi drop off is a very short walk. Good price too for a good room. Can recommend this hotel as great choice for visiting Segovia.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado pero la señorita Margarita que estaba en recepción en la mañana el viernes 8 de marzo MUY GROSERA, pésima actitud de servicio, fue incapaz de ayudarnos a pedir un taxi, no puedo creer que alguien como ella esté trabajando en un hotel donde lo más importante es el servicio, es una persona muy grosera, sin ganas de ayudar y hacer mejor tu estancia. La persona que atiende el restaurante Javier, todo lo contrario, una excelente persona, dispuesto a ayudar y a servir en todo!! Gracias Javier !! La señoría Margarita PÉSIMO, TERRIBLE atención! Jamás regresaría por ella!

Muy buena ubicación, habitación amplia y cama cómoda.personal atento. Lo único que puede ser un poco negativo es arrastrar tu maleta por los adoquines hasta el hotel porque es una calle peatonal, para nosotros no fue ningún inconveniente. Volvería al mismo hotel
