Very charming place, very good location, we traveled by train from Albacete and it was very comfortable. We loved the room with a balcony, with good views and very quiet and clean. The staff is wonderful, especially the girls at the reception who are lovely. There is a restaurant where you eat very well. Without hesitation we will repeat on our next visit.

Everything was very good, the staff was very friendly, the room is good and ideal for resting, it had views of the Jewish quarter. We also liked the SPA, which was very nice and has everything even though it is small, perhaps the pool water could have been a little warmer and there was a hot stone sun lounger seat turned off so I took turns with my partner. The only thing that caught our attention about the room is that you cannot control the temperature, if you need it to be varied you must call reception. The exceptional situation, they park your car in a parking lot with which they have an agreement if you need it, although we were lucky and parked in a free area, we had little luggage so we didn't mind walking for about ten minutes. Thanks to the hotel staff for their attention.

Small room, with a magnificent terrace and a view of the cathedral. Very very pleasant, full of charm. We have good memories of it, the spa is very pleasant. The city of Segovia is very beautiful, but you have to be very careful with the parking meter because they are unforgiving.

Decaying old hotel lights flickering in hallways bed with metal slatted bases that are no longer seen in the world. Pillow the thickness of a cigarette paper. Low temperature in the room. The spa: the manager receives us, charges us a cap and leaves. Totally missing. Inside, a couple of farmhands talking non-stop, recording video with a tripod for half an hour, occupying the pool at their leisure. On the other hand, a guy in his underwear among the attendees. When I go to complain, there is no one to control the situation and I had to personally complain to these people who were recording and speaking loudly, creating a conflict since, as expected, their education left a lot to be desired.
