The hotel's location is very good, right next to Segovia's most famous landscape, the Roman Aqueduct. The room is not big and comfortable. The breakfast is of good quality and parking is convenient.

The room is nice and clean, with a wonderful view. The sound isolation of the room is pretty bad. We did not sleep well, since the person slept next room was snoring loudly almost the entire night. We can hear it clearly, it really bothered us. We were not able to fall asleep until early morning. Sigh!

The staff was extremely helpful, and it was wonderful to leave our luggage while we explored. Is definitely stay here again!

Great location but room smells very bad of cigarettes. Opened all windows to find cigarette ends and ask on outside window sills; disgusting.

Staff was very friendly. Parking outside the front door. Had some issues with the A/C the first night but was good the 2nd night.

Great location! Everything was clean and staff very friendly. It is an older hotel so took the AC a while to get cold for us to sleep comfortably. For the location it was great for our needs to explore and travel around Segovia. Right next door to amazing restaurant- Maribel. As soon as you walk out of the hotel the Aqueduct is right there! We would definitely stay again
