The location is great: five minutes' walk to the castle, seven minutes to the church, and within twenty minutes to the Roman aqueduct. The service staff are warm and considerate, and the hotel's barrier-free facilities are very good, making it convenient for guests in wheelchairs. Drive directly into the reserved hotel parking garage, the parking fee is 17 euros per night. Then there is a helicopter to reach the front desk on the second floor. Breakfast is on the first floor, which is quite rich in Europe. It costs 9 euros per person. (These are fees as of May 2023). It's a boutique hotel and worth recommending.

Tolles Hotel in der Altstadt, alles ist zu Fuß zu erreichen! Tiefgaragenparkplatz vorher reservieren (17€), tolles Frühstück (9€) mit frischgepresstem Orangensaft. Wir empfehlen ein Zimmer mit Balkon (hinten raus, super Aussicht, auch auf die Burg/Alkazar). Freundliche Leute überall im Haus. Absolute Empfehlung, wir würden wieder hier nächtigen!

A pesar del "problema" para llegar con el coche, más debido a las obras en la calle que a otra cosa, la experiencia ha sido muy positiva. Ninguna queja. La verdad es que es un establecimiento curioso en cuanto a su adaptación al terreno. El desayuno, sencillo pero de calidad, más que suficiente. Lástima que solo disponga de una plaza para vehículo eléctrico, pero tampoco se pueden hacer milagros con el espacio disponible para garaje.

Driving in Segovia is a nightmare. This is one of the only hotels that has onsite parking. Through my own mismanagement I failed to reserve parking and had it not been for the efforts of the front desk staff I probably would have had to forfeit the second day of our stay. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accommodate me. The hotel is remarkably modern considering its location. It is clean and within walking distance of some nice restaurants.

We arrived in Segovia after dark and went to the hotel after eating roast suckling pig. We booked a room with a balcony, but the front desk mistakenly gave us an interior-facing room, and we quickly changed it after negotiation. The room facilities are slightly simple, but the balcony has a great view, with the "Disney" castle not far away. Breakfast is a buffet and costs only 9 euros per person. The hotel is very cost-effective. In the morning I was surprised to see a bunch of hot air balloons rising from the fields. After breakfast, we walked down the road near the hotel to the lawn by the river and looked up at the castle. We came up (without going back) and visited the inside of the castle (it doesn’t open until 10 am). We returned to the hotel to rest for a while and checked out at 12 o’clock.

Really good hotel, in the old quarter with extremely professional and friendly staff. The hotel, in February, was warm and very clean and comfortable. My room with a balcony had wonderful views of the castle and valley. If you can, stay in this hotel.

This is a lovely hotel within easy walking distance of the Alcazar, and a short walk to the Roman Aqueducts and the ancient Jewish quarter. The hotel is situated between two parallel roads, one of which was being re- surfaced whike we were there, but workmen were helpful in allowing us access. A playground is nearby for those with kids.
