Very easy check-in process with the app. I got my room key through the phone app so I didn’t even need to go to the front desk. Quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The room smelled awful starting late at night. The smell came from the bathroom and not sure if it was coming from the vent or another location. We had to keep the door closed. The 2nd bed in the room was significantly smaller and looked like it was just thrown in there with a single pillow.

This place was "ok" but not what I would expect as a Marriott standard.
Pros: Friendly staff, nice breakfast, location is well located, clean lobby, safe location, nice pool, and very large workout room with a good amount of equipment.
Cons:
The don't clean the rooms unless you ask. People were putting used towels/trash outside the rooms & it smelled absolutely terrible all 3 nights when I returned back to the room for the night & I don't have a sensitive sense of smell.
The workout room was nice, ample space and clean but the bike peddle was broke and they left the water station empty all week.

Every staff member we encountered had a smiling face. Rather we spoke words or just passed each other in the hallways the staff made the environment friendly and peaceful. Kudos to the team! Keep it up!

We were in town to visit family for Chris**as, and we were told by family members that there are a couple of hotels to choose from on I-10. We have stayed in the other hotels before, but decided to try the TownePlace Marriott. It was perfect. The rooms are really big and the staff is amazing. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I would definitely return.
