The room was good, spacious and clean. The toiletries including towels were missing. We had to call a number of times. The contact numbers for housekeeping, room service, reception were not displayed. House keeping team was not prompt and bit rude. We need to escalate the even very small issues to gm mr rai. In house activities like billiards, tt were good but the halls were without ac and it was too hot to enjoy those activities. Food quality was ok.

We booked grand villa and there was no operational jacuzzi. There even was no hot water. When confronted front desk for the same they asked us to visit next time with keeping no hope for good service, operational jacuzzi and hot water.

We were on the way to bhopal, had a staycation at crescent club & resort, sehore. We loved the ambience and had a good time.

House keeping not at all good / we have to ask for towels fans are dirty/ bathroom fittings dirty / un able to sleep too much noise from pantry area whole night / air conditioning outdoor units of restaurant units too much noise / only one hanger in cupboard etc, for the room charges the service is pathetic,
