Excellent location and ease of access to Disneyland Paris. Staff were very friendly and being able to leave luggage before check in and after checkout whilst you go to the park is great to have. Can’t complain and highly recommend to everyone going to Disneyland Paris

Hotel was clean, room was very small but we were only stopping over for one night with the 2 of us so not a problem. Heater was provided. Parking was free and found a space easily. We had dinner and drinks at the hotel which were lovely and the food was locally sourced. Football table and arcade machine were a fun touch and the theming was nice too. We had breakfast but due to covid restrictions in Nov21, there was no hot food but it was still enjoyable. Only issue was in the very early morning we had trouble opening our front door due to the damp weather and (I think) the door swelled slightly. Had to lean out the window and open it from the outside with the keycard. we saw another family struggling to get their door open too. Mentioned it to reception so hopefully this has been addressed now and no longer an issue. Would stay again due to amazing price and proximity to Disney if driving.

Nous avons séjourné une nuit à la Maison du Saussoy à l’occasion d’un mariage auquel nous étions invités dans le coin. C’est un lieu absolument charmant qui coche toutes les cases pour un séjour réussi : - accueil chaleureux des propriétaires - chambre très propre, spacieuse, à la literie confortable et à la salle de bains toute neuve. Bouilloire dans la chambre avec thé,café offerts, ce qui est toujours une touche très agréable. - Nous avons séjourné un nuit à la Maison du Saussoy à l’occasion d’un mariage auquel nous étions invités dans le coin. C’est un lieu absolument charmant qui coche toutes les cases pour un séjour réussi : - accueil chaleureux des propriétaires - chambre très propre, spacieuse, à la literie confortable et à la salle de bains toute neuve. Except for the location, please do n’t be too good. If you do n’t want to live in the city center, stay here quietly for a few days. This is perfect. The kitchen is fully equipped with laundry facilities. There are two bedrooms upstairs and two toilets. There is a large master bedroom. Bathtub, living room kitchen downstairs, a toilet, family-friendly living is very suitable, the hotel also has an indoor pool, a small supermarket, children's activities room ... In short, if you did not book a return ticket in advance, I really want to stay a few more days. I will stay here again next time I go to Paris.

Fantastic and would definitely go again, however the reason for 4 instead of 5 for cleanliness was the mould spores around the window, not great! The rest of the hotel room and main hotel was spotless. Service was amazing, couldn't do enough when asking for early breakfast bag and general info. Location was fab for Disney partner hotel, however 4 not 5 as 3 other hotel drops before ours on return shuttle from the park so was ready to get off by the time we had gone to the other 3 first! But still managable and we saved a fortune on the Disney hotels costs. My children are lazy so extra magic hours were no great appeal with us going out of season anyway so we didn't mind staying off site. When I would say about going to Disney (meaning the park) the kids would say well we are at Disney! Haha so the fact the hotel was off site made no difference to them, the music in he hotel. The amazing colours and lights and sounds of the moving pictures in the bar made it all so magical. We can't wait to return!!

The hotel is situated right in front of Val D Europe! It was so convenient to head to Disneyland or even shop. The RER is only a 3-min walk too! The rooms are spacious, clean and modern! Staffs were friendly and even assist to book our taxi home. However, 1 of the night we called for room-serviced tmbut tge restaurant was busy. The receptionist mentioned that they will call back shortly but they never did. So we slept feeling hungry. The next few nights we packed food from the restaurants next to the hotel. There is a convenient store and cafes too.
