Mini trip to Nirup! The staffs were extremely friendly and made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The environment was very clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a truly relaxing trip, and i would happily revisit again soon!

For couples or family , if plan for a really really peaceful quiet relax resort, may consider here. There is no mini mart around so make sure bring everything you need. Food selection is limited, so be prepare to slim down. I was quite surprised that seafood at the resort was not fresh. Didn't expect a resort in the middle of the ocean to have seafood varity so little and not fresh. Beside a GYM and small swimming pool there is nothing else. SPA is average. Overall experience is a place for 100% relaxation. A place for meditation.

Alls well, only operation fo restaurant ends usually at 10pm can maybe can hav extended or more Inhouse dinning choices. Pretty good customers service tho, very warm n welcoming stay.

The staff was extremely friendly & helpful! Amazing & excellent service! Environment was good clean & especially GOOD TO CHILL AND have peace of mind for a good relaxation away from the hectic busy city. We stay at their one bedroom villa as we wanted a more privacy n peace staycation. Attached photo are view from my villa with seaview & private pool!

We got upgraded to villa with ocean view and private pool. The resort boosts tranquility throughout the property. Guests were polite and friendly. The only feedback was the discrepancy on the full board arrangement in the package by trip.com and the resort’s provision of full board meals for three persons. Whilst trip.com’s package states full board for three persons, the resort staff claimed that the package should include full board for two persons only and breakfast for three persons, which was illogical.

It’s a wonderful trip , hotel staff are friendly , there’s not much variety for breakfast but it’s nice trip to escape from busy city .

The bedding in the room was super comfortable. The sea view room was a bit windy, but everything else was perfect. The restaurant's buffet had a somewhat limited selection, but the freshly squeezed juices were unique and delicious. The service was very enthusiastic. After the room was cleaned, we came back to a pleasant surprise. Our emotional satisfaction was completely fulfilled!

I specifically looked for a less popular holiday destination, and this hotel was excellent. All the staff members greeted guests with a smile, and the service was outstanding. I've already recommended it to my friends.

The place is new. Every staff is really friendly. It is a very good place to chill and relax, away from the hustle of life. The rooms are splendid with great sea view as well. However, do expect that as the place is new, there is some compromise on efficiency, probably due to lack of experience. Also, not all of them speak and understand english well.
