Be aware of this place. We arrived as walking in, family of 4 (couple and 2 small daughters), they told us 650k, then when we confirmed, the manager told us that the employee was wrong and it was actually 850k (plus taxes 11%more) and that they were sorry, we understood. We paid for 2 nights in advance and the next day, the manager told us that his boss (the manager of the manager) told him to charge us retroactive 150k for each daughter for the nights that we had already paid. We kindly asked to talk to her (the manager of the manager), to understand this unusual policy (we have been traveling for 6 months around the world and was the first time that something like that happen to us), but she didn't go out (even if she was there). After we told the other manager we were going to put a bad review, she send again his guy and told us we weren't be charged. Even if the wifi didn't work, we were planning to stay there 2 o 4 more nights, but we left, not for the money, but for the really bad attitude of not talking to us upfront and the unusual policy to charge retroactive to guests and not even explain why.

Be careful with this place…. We arrived as a walk-in with our children and asked for the price, the guy in charge said it was 650k. Once we had already taken all our luggage out of the car and we were checking in then “the manager” said it was 850 and apologized for the miscommunications…. Then when he was charging he said there was an additional 11% taxes and 3% use of credit card then the next morning he said that his manager (i mean “the manager of the manager”, who by the way never showed up and stayed at her office) said it was a mistake and they needed to charge extra 150k plus 14% for each of our daughters what started as 650 ended up being 1,310k!!! And of course the children were super frustrated because we needed to ask them to get out of the pool to leave the hotel….. really poorly managed and using tricky pricing all the way long, such a bad experience! The hotel also feels quite “tired” after two years with no guests due to the pandemic, but that is something one can forgive, versus the attitude of feeling constantly cheated that is so uncomfortable
