Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort - Ultra All Inclusive

First i will start with the positives (Which there are many ) Arrived with my family at 2am in the morning reception staff pleasant and helpful was so nice to be able to get a drink at the lobby bar (24hrs) and again the staff greeted us with a smile . We had room 1123 overlooking the mountains we had a massive balcony room large with everything you need . Room was super clean and remained that way for the whole stay spotless i tipped the cleaner when we left and she was so grateful please remember these hard workers when you leave . Shower big but floor really slippery so be aware! no problem with pressure or heat . TV only one UK channel but i was not there to watch TV . WIFI worked a treat for the first 3 days then once hotel was full not so good . Free safe in your room Fridge stocked daily if your drinks have been used ( so use your drinks and it will be re-stocked !!) Staff all that i meet or spoke with were helpful and friendly ready to have a laugh or joke if you take the time ,from bar staff , waiters , cleaners , animation , the lovely ladies that make the flat bread and serve the ice cream , the staff at the beach the only one that needs to learn to smile is the blond hair girl in the kids club my god she's miserable !! Pool area spotless the man that keeps it clean was there every day checking , Didn't use the slides as there were a couple of accidents whilst we were there so gave them a miss . Never had a problem getting a sun bed there's hundreds and all with brollies if needed Had to fetch a chair to sit on (Bad back) but again no issue having them around the pool . Bar staff will make you any drink you ask for if you can think of a cocktail they will make it ,some you can't think of they will make up Best long Island ice tea & Mojito I've had Now the not so good !! We arrived on the 26/4/24 and the hotel was only a quarter full bliss 3 days later Turkish bank holiday and hotel was rammed the whole dinning room experience was a nigh**are kids running around some on scooters helping them self to food dropping it all everywhere mixing foods together eating food with there hands at the fruit station ! some nights we could not find any seats even when going late we sat outside and got eaten to death by mozzies . The queues for food were madness . They had one toaster for breakfast for about 1000 people food came out and was gone in 30 seconds . This was the only part that i didn't enjoy at the hotel . Not the hotels fault just think they need to look into this to make your dining experience a bit more pleasurable. The themed restaurants were not open whilst we were there so can't comment on them . Didn't use the shops at the hotel They opened the sports bar so we could watch the football the bar wasn't open so they sent a waiter down to us first class service . A few tips whilst there They do small cartoons of water around the pool they were never cold so go to the lobby bar they do bottles and ice cold

We were given a room upgrade to a swim up room which was fantastic (3038). Here's a wee breakdown. ROOMS great size has everything you need and is kept spotlessly clean daily by an always smiling cleaner. FOOD excellent choice for lunch and dinner. A bit hectic at dinner if hotel is full. But it is catered for everyone. POOL AREA absolutely spotless. Well maintained every day. The only downside would be the water temperature Freezing. BARS great service at main bar and snack bar. Special mention to (Dugan and Feyat) brilliant service guys. ENTERTAINMENT is fine, kept everyone entertained. Could do with a little entertainment actually in the hotel itself. OVERALL brilliant hotel, brilliant holiday. Would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return in the future. WE'LL DONE.

Perfect in every way from the minute we walked through the doors. All staff attentive, happy to help with a smile. Polite. Hotel in all areas spotless clean. Good entertainment programme for day and night of you want to join in. Plenty of sun beds around pool every day but I can’t imagine it being much busier in full season. Food was some of the best we have had for all inclusive. There is always somewhere to go and get food all day. Restaurant was kept clean and waiting on staff were helpful. Does resemble a canteen which is the only down side and again in full season can imagine it being extremely busy and noisy but there is loads of outside dining space aswell as inside. As any internal shops they are very expensive and because of the locality of the hotel having nothing around it they have the monopoly for sales. Taxi to Kusadasi is 10 euro each way the hotel will book it for you. Well worth a visit and ideal opportunity to top up on anything you don’t want to pay hiked prices from the hotel shop. Beach was easy to access, nice smooth sand, loads of sun beds beach bar nearby. We went with my daughter partner and 2 small grandchildren and it was perfect for us and the children. Never normally go back to the same hotel but would definately visit here again and would recommend. I am a big reader of hotel reviews before I travel but the negative ones for this hotel are completely unjustified. Perfect holiday for us. Enjoy

Amazing animation team, so much fun and very lovely, approachable people. I have had such a good experience here and I will def Be coming back next year for longer than a week, the animation team always go the extra mile. Thankyou so much to the animation team for making my holiday amazing!! I would like to specify 2 members of the animation team who i have enjoyed being with and are hard working which stood out to me which is max and aynur

Its really familly hotel they have lots of activity for everyone and the hotel is clean and Foods are delicious the hotel location is NEXT to the beach it has big pools and slides and entreinmanrt team arę very very good they have games for everyone and evenings lots of activityes

We have just returned from the most perfect weeks holiday staying at this hotel. It is an absolutely gorgeous hotel which is spotlessly clean and it’s clear the staff work really hard to keep it that way. Every single member of staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is incredible, absolutely huge but it is cold but we went in May. This didn’t stop us going for a dip daily! We stayed to celebrate a 30th birthday and we were so grateful for the special touches (upgraded room and swans made with towels etc) The slides are amazing and so is the little pool, splash park and park which our daughter who’s nearly 2 thoroughly enjoyed. The animations team work so hard to keep you entertained with various activities available should you wish to partake. The team create is such a good vibe around the pool area. The weather was good when we stayed so we were fortunate. We also loved the food and drinks. Definitely worth booking the a la carte. This is the only hotel I’ve stayed in on holiday where I would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for a fantastic stay KoruMar Ephesus 😎

Just left this amazing hotel after 1 week, loved everything about this place. Hotel is spotless, rooms are lovely and cleaned daily, pools are amazing (although very cold!) staff are very friendly especially animation team in particular Jo and max, they came and spoke to us everyday and made us feel very welcome. Always something to do or can just relax. There is plenty of choice for food in main restaurant and although quite repetitive on a lot of stuff you would always find something nice. Snack bar also quite good where you can get burgers, chips, ice cream ect. Evening entertainment been ok but as it’s only the very start of the season main stage wasn’t open whilst we where there so I’m sure it will get better (opening day we left) mini disco for kids at 9pm then some sort of show/entertainment for everyone after, good if you want to get involved or if you just want to have a drink and watch! Would defo come back to this hotel and recommend to others 😀 STEVE & Vikki

Entertainment team 10/10, fun and friendly. Rooms kept excellently and food has a wide range of variety for all. Lots of different activities for all to join in throughout the day

Review for Korumar Ephesus Beach & Spa Resort - stayed 3-10 May 2024 Room at the hotel was lovely, plenty of storage space. Bathroom: Shower cubicle of a good size, however, the water temperature in the shower fluctuated from very hot to cold without it being regulated – not good as it was scalding at times. Mini bar: This was supposed to be restocked on a daily basis. We had to ask for it to be restocked as water was never replaced. There were no ‘diet’ or ‘light’ drinks in the mini bar. Bedding: linen was on the smaller side – i.e. double duvet on a king size bed – it literally touched the edge of the mattress and no overhang. Bed linen needs to be correct size for bed(s) in room – sheets need to be of a size to fit the mattress. Restaurant: Food plentiful but could have been hotter. Even on being early in the restaurant when it opened, the food should have been hot and not tepid – this needs to be looked at. Sunbeds: these were plentiful around the poolside. Having arrived at the poolside and secured 2 beds, we noted that 9 sunbeds had towels on the them. Not once during our stay on the 2 sunbeds did anyone visit the ones with the towels on – we were there from 10:30am until 4:00pm. Some hotels we have visited previously have implemented a system whereby if no-one visits the sunbeds with towels on after 3 hours, the towels are removed and the sunbeds available for other people to use. Perhaps this is something the management could look into, especially in the higher seasons when the hotel is busier. We found the evening entertainment to be lacking – the animation team didn’t appear to have a structured programme of events for evenings. We had a belly dancer one evening who was more intent on flicking her hair than belly dancing. Very poor for where the hotel situated as not everyone wants to go into Kusadasi of an evening. There were no themed events, like traditional Turkish evenings.
