Palm Wings Ephesus Beach Resort

So we took our annual holiday here in May 2024, when arriving at the hotel first glances it have a very grand and elegant lobby, once checked in we where shown to our family room, the room was well laid out with 2 separate sleeping areas for us and the children, good sized bathroom and a good view of the main pool and a little of the sea. The Room That was about as good as it got, we had a number of issues within our room, - toilet paper was never stocked, - towels where always removed and never replaced with another 5, - maids are very hit and miss sometimes they come and sometimes they don't, also they only appear to make the beds and nothing more! we had issues with our shower hose and reported it only to be told it was ok and sorted yet it completely broke in our 2nd week and only the was actually sorted picture frame was broken with very sharp corners, - Air con only worked in one room, again reported to the hotel but was never fixed, with only 2 days to go we where advised it needed replacing and we could move rooms, no point at tis late stage of our holiday The Pools IT WAS FREEZING !!! never warmed up at all, us and the kids would use it but come out shivering, However that wasn't the only issue with the main pool, our kids and others that they played with developed patches of dry skin which only got worse through out the holiday, reported to the hotel and that basically said the chemical levels are ok so nothing to do with them, however when they stayed out the water for a few days it would start to clear up. another big problem is the actives pool, they play the music so loud up there, that we simply couldn't hear the kids in the water or relax and enjoy the great weather, all i can say i was more like an 18-30's holiday pool then a family pool, it was dangerously loud!!! also don't be fooled by the having life guards, they are either asleep, on the phone or chatting to there mates at the bar ! Animation Team Majority of the males on the team have the wrong attitude, i get they have a job to do but the need to learn no means NO! Molly would reportedly pull at my husbands arm trying to get him onstage etc, my husband would respectfully decline but he wouldn't let him go and carry on tugging at him to the point it would anger my husband off and he would have to change the tone of his voice for him to get the message, they will try and sell you bingo tickets but once you show an interest they will really push the sale, and to be honest the prizes really are rubbish and not worth the price of the ticket. We also mention about the excessively loud music, (Mario) replied "we like like it like that, if you don't your just old and boring then!" not a response we should have been given The food. Its and all inclusive so its not the best but alway something to eat, just avoid the al-cart Finally. Would we return to this hotel? Definitely Not, would we book with Jet2 again probably not for a while, always used Tui and n

We returned yesterday from a 11 day stay with family. As positive a room with a side seaview as standard, a viewing terrace on each of floor, really lovely view of the bay, the pools and lots of water slides for children and adults. Great time in the children's mini disco and show time. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, after several days of our stay we got ill with symptoms of food poisoning. Me first, next day my son and wife. And then when our condition worsened, the nurse in hotel organized transport to hospital with other guests where we got antibiotic drip and other medicines for next days. The ***** helped us but I and my wife still have mild symptoms. I spoke to many people in the hotel and in each of family someone had less or more symptoms. Some of them were also in hospital. Palm Wings Ephesus - what is happening? You can check the scale of the problem in doctor's office. I would be afraid to return to this hotel.

Most unhygienic and unsanitary hotel we have ever been to. I ended up ambulanced to Hospital on day 5 of our 7 day holiday after falling ill on day 3. Any negative feedback put on the Palm Wings Ephesus Facebook page is deleted and then you get blocked from commenting on any other posts. Samples back from GP show Giardia which is a water bourne parasite. I witnessed the cleaner mop out the neighbouring room and then bring the same filthy , germ ridden mop to mop from our balcony, through the room and then the bathroom and then this same mop is used in the same manner throughout all of the rooms. No wonder people are dropping like flies and getting sick. The hospital advised how many cases they get weekly from Palm Wings and it’s disgusting they continue to get away with ruining peoples holidays. We only drank bottled water so the only way this bug could’ve been ingested is from food or drink or the pools at the hotel, we were too ill to leave to eat elsewhere!!!! I’m so thankful we only booked for a week. First family holiday with our grandaughter and daughter and partner with not one photo of all of us together. When I became seriously ill my husband telephoned reception to be told ‘no emergency today’ luckily he went down to the doctors room to double check, they immediately called an ambulance and I was in hospital 40 mins later on IV ***** and fluids ! When we checked out not a word was said. Staff rude, unhelpful. Food temperatures not monitored everything in restaurant is room temperature bear in mind also the restaurant isn’t even air conditioned.

We stayed for two weeks at the Palm wings Ephesus as a family of 10. What an amazing holiday probably the best ever. We first went to this hotel in 2016 and have returned each year with family and the hotel just gets better and better. The hotel is spotless clean. The rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels everyday and sheet change at least 3 times a week. The hotel is situated directly on its own private beach with plenty of sun loungers and cabanas that can be hired daily for an additional cost. The hotel has several swimming pools and its very own water park and children's pool area. There are plenty of Sun loungers and Umbrellas and fresh towels provided each day for the pool area. The animation team work really hard special mention to Mario and Molly. The music can be repetitive especially if you are staying for two weeks I would suggest changing the range of music every few days. The water sports at the hotel are fantastic run by Boris a true gent. We went on a boat trip with Eadh and I have to say it was amazing. I would highly recommend this. Shout out to chico (Gino) for our daily chats he can fill you in on all the watersports activities. My son and Nephew took out the Jet skis and loved it. The spa at the hotel is great. We had a fabulous Turkish bath and many massages and face masks over our two week stay. Thank you so much Resul for looking after us we would highly recommend you treat yourself while staying at the hotel. The food is amazing something for everyone to enjoy. From Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. There is a main buffet restaurant that provides a wide variety of food including BBQ every night. We ate at the snack bar daily for lunch, and enjoyed fresh pizza, breaded chicken, burgers, pasta, chips, salads and the nicest cheese sauce ever. Newly added to the hotel was a waffle stand and fresh crepes made to order absolutely delightful. Ice creams available everyday. New barista coffee area that served all types of coffee and Furgon was only to happy to have a chat and serve your coffee with a kind heart. Yunus served the drinks at the snack bar and always welcomed us with a big smile and had my drink order ready before I even asked. We loved the Aryan yogurt drink. The hotel also has four A La carte restaurants that can be booked through Kelly at guest relations. There is a choice of Italian, Mexican, Fish or Turkish. One A La carte per week. The food is lovely however in my opinion they serve way to many courses. Ozzy and Adhan will look after you and make sure you have a very enjoyable experience while dining at the restaurants. The hotel has several bars our favorite is the Lobby Bar. The beautiful Miriam works behind the bar and makes great cocktails. Hakan, Beige and Yunus are so delighted to serve your drinks and are absolute gentlemen. Gokhan is the Manager over all the bars and have to say he does a great job and makes the nicest Cosmos. We stayed as family of 4 for a week. I will start with the positives where the animation team were great, pur kids loved the kids club and the disco. Program was great too on some nights. The beach was beautiful. It was our second time on this beach (not this hotel) and we loved it. Now the negatives (and there's few): Food - we had upset tummy on day 2, where we for the next 3 days ate mostly bread as we had really bad tummy. The hotel explained there is "a 48 hrs tummy bug" (clearly not as our kids were fine and we fell ill after only me and my husband ate same meat for lunch). There was no real attempt to help us when we asked for rehydration sachets from either the hotel or Tui. Rooms - old and dated. The bathroom was shocking. Mould, dirt. We asked for a deep clean what we got was clean towels, foor was still dirty, new bedsheets had stains and dirty plates left in a room ( see the photos). Pools - okay, but lots of bird droppings never cleaned. Kids slides were great, however be careful as very slippy. Staff - staff in the restaurants work hard however reception staff aren't not helpful and are rude. Food - fruit variety as amazing however the rest after we fell ill we just were unsure if we would eat any of that. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the money, there are better hotels on the same beach that offer more than this! At the best this is a 3 star hotel.

I couldn’t rate this hotel enough, my family and I have been coming to this hotel since 2016, I’ve lost count on the amount of visits. It gets better each year, but this year there’s been huge improvements all round! The range of food is brilliant, I’ve honestly really enjoyed the food this year, you could not go hungry in this hotel. Breakfast there’s a wide variety, beautiful pastries ,fruit, yogurt, cereals, eggs omelettes, toasties and so many breads to choose from. We ate at the snack bar each day, gorgeous fresh pizzas, breaded chicken, burgers, salads and there’s also a huge range of food in the main restaurant. Icecream stands are great, a kids paradise, a new waffle and crepe stands have are also new additions and honestly so good! 😊 Dinner buffet is a huge improvement, so much range again and bbq every night! Al a carte were brilliant too! My only complaint is there’s actually too much food and a lot of courses, but that’s only my opinion I wouldn’t eat huge portions. You will never have an issue getting a bed at the pool or beach there’s so much space for everyone which is great there’s nothing worse than having to jump out of bed in the morning fearing there’s no where to sit. Water Sports are brilliant! Speak with Boris down at the beach, definitely recommend a boat trip! All the bars are brilliant, staff are so friendly and pleasant, great new coffee stand at the snack bar which is a great addition, baristas are fantastic, I couldn’t say more about Furkan he’s such a gent with great English I hope to see him again. Gorkhan is brilliant at managing the bars, he’s great! Slides are brilliant! There is no need to book a water park you wouldn’t get bored of them! 😍 If you ever have a query or need help with anything I couldn’t recommend Kelly from Guest Relations enough she’s the most helpful kindest person she’s amazing at her job she’s an asset to the hotel ❤️ Hakan and Behic are true gentleman who work at the lobby bar honestly they made our holiday! I hope to see you next year! Lastly I want to thank the General Mqnager of the hotel Bulent who has become a dear friend of ours, he goes above and beyond for us all, so professional and an utter gentleman, he’s doing an incredible job ❤️☀️ See you soon Palm Wings, our second home 🏡 ❤️☀️❤️

stayed here in june, while booked and paid 1 month before arrival once got here was given a room that was not cleaned there was half empty bottles of water in the fridge, sand in the bathrooms and floors were dusty. After 4 hours of struggling with the air conditioner and back and forth with the receptionist they sent someone to check to confirm the AC is broken while the temperature inside room was over 40 C. They told me they cannot fix the AC they need at least one day, also they said they do not have any other rooms to give to us! they offered to give a fan! While i was talking to the hotel manager on duty ( by this time it was 9 PM) he refuses to fix anything telling me to relax!!!! I told him I have an infant and staying in a room temperature of +40 C is unsafe still wouldn’t fix it and not even offer refund so we can go to another hotel! At the end needed to call authorities so they realize they cannot endanger a child like that and miraculously they found an empty room for us!!!! I have visited +10 countries and many different cities/ hotels for vacation/ work and definitely this was the worst hotel experience in my life!
