Otel resepsiyonu oldukça zayıftı. Şarabımızı lobide içmek istediğimizi söylediğimizde, satıl fiyatı yerine Restaurant fiyatından vereceklerini söylediler. Çevresinde ikame yer olmadığı için mecbur kaldık. Restaurant fiyatıysa gereksiz pahalıydı. İki katı para ödediğimiz şarabı bile bardağa kendimiz koymak durumunda kaldık. Rahatsız olduğumuz diğer konu otelin çevresinde bir çöl köpek açlıktan ölmek üzereydi. Otelin bu derece duyarsız olması çok can sıkıcı. Aracımızda kedi maması vardı, onu verdik. Restauranttan kalan yemekler bile verilse hayvanlar o halde olmaz. Bu kadar duyarsız bir işletmeyi bir daha Ziyaret etmeyi düşünmüyorum

Otelin mimarisini, yerini, odalarımızı çok beğendik. Personel ilgili ve samimi. Civardaki barınaktaki köpekler etrafta dolaşıyor, ama ***et sakin ve dostaneler, kendilerini sevdiriyorlar. Restoranda yemekler lezzetli. Şaraplarını zaten çok beğeniyorduk. Beyazlarda favorimiz Vindemia Güz (Bornova Misketi), kırmızılarda Pythagoras (Cab. Sav. Merlot, Cab. Franc, Petit Verdot). Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.

Ormai la permanenza a Vinifera è diventata per noi un appuntamento fisso, tanto che ci sembra di arrivare a casa. A Vinifera ti trovi circondato da un paesaggio superbo, con colline dolci a vigneti. Le casette, arredate con cura, sono immerse in un contesto di verde e pace. Risvegliarsi è un'esperienza mistica, hai il tempo per vedere i giochi di luce tra le foglie e infine tuffarti nella splendida piscina che scivola tra le viti, per poi essere coccolati dalla colazione speciale proposta nel ristorante. Dai "Sette savi", la sera, puoi anche gustare i piatti stellati che rivisitano la cucina turca in chiave contemporanea. Esperienza da fare assolutamente, accompagnata dai vini prodotti nella struttura, nata com azienda vitivinicola, e che portano i nomi dei primi filosofi: Pitagora, Talete, Ippocrate. Perchè, d'altronde, la filosofia è nata qui! Ultimo, ma non ultimo, il volto della struttura è incarnato dalla "donna del vino", una presenza femminile davvero garbata e affabile, che ci accoglie ogni volta con rinnovato affetto e mille attenzioni. Ogni volta ripartire è un po' una sofferenza, ma portiamo con noi il suo sorriso e la bellezza del posto, fino alla permanenza successiva.

Akşam yemeği yediğimiz Mayadan restoran çok keyifli ve güzeldi. Ama konaklama için ayni şeyi diyemiyorum.Odalar maalesef çok bakımsız ve eski. Kahvaltı için de şu yorumu yapabilirim akşam yemeğinin mükemmel olduğu bir yerde kahvaltinin daha iyi olması gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Sejour de 2 nuits .Hôtel très bien situé à 10mn d’Ephèse. Cet hôtel a un style « italien » au milieu d’un vignoble avec une belle piscine , un vin hors de prix ! Notre chambre ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos !!! Elle se situait au Rez de chaussée du bâtiment principal .Elle était vieillotte, et sentait le renfermé… De plus la salle de bains est microscopique, et nous avons signalé à plusieurs reprises que nos toilettes étaient bouchées, on nous a dit que ça avait été contrôlé. RIEN !!!! J’ai fait savoir mon mécontentement pas d’excuses, RIEN !!! Gros problème d’hygiène et de confort !!! Je déconseille…
