I went to check in and found out i was on the no rent to list and have not stayed there. I called ******* to get my money refunded and the rep was less than helpful. It's Chris**as time and my money is stuck in limbo. The hotel clerk informed the ******* rep that he did not rent me the room and the rep would not use common sense and refund my money. I will be contacting the better business bureau and making sure to give both the hotel and ******* negative reviews on all social media platforms

The room we were originally given was on the 2nd floor but there was no elevator only outdoor steps. The desk clerk did change the room to a downstairs room, however the room didn't appear to have been updated for years. While not exactly dirty it did have a distinctly musty odor. The bed was comfortable & if you are only looking for a fairly cheap place to only sleep it will suffice. I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to spen a lot of time in the room.

The room, while visibly clean, had a really bad damp, musty odor. In fact, we both needed our inhalers as the mold affected our asthma. The bathroom ceiling had an area that was peeling and pieces were actively falling onto the toilet and us.
No ice bucket in room and at front desk they only had a bag to give me. Remote control didn't work. Minor issues but meant I had to return to office twice.
