TownPlace Suites By Marriott in Selma, TX was outstanding. This is a new hotel and the hotel was very clean. The free breakfast included hot entrees daiy and was very good. Stephanie at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. I whole-heartedly recommend this hotel.

I really liked how this property sat in its own area, despite the busy interstates nearby. Backed up to a golf course with a beautiful view made it feel like we were out in the country. The staff were so friendly, and so kind and so helpful.,,a wonderful experience.
The only thing that I really was disappointed and wished I would’ve known ahead of time was that though a Marriott bon voyage member I did not receive any Marriott points because I booked through *******. Not sure why that is as in today’s economy trying to find the most economical place to stay for several nights is what most Americans would do. I chose Marriott because I am a member, and I t thought that I would earn points. I only discovered after booking and read through all of the fine print that I would not receive Marriott points. So disappointed! Not sure that I will filter in Marriotts in the future when booking through *******.
