i thoroughly enjoyed my recent stay at Hampton in Selma, Alabama. The staff was extremely cordial, helpful and professional. The environment felt welcoming and safe. The facilities were clean. The morning breakfast was plentiful with a variety of choices. I will book this hotel when I return to visit family and friends.

Stayed at Hampton Inn for a family visit. Checked in a little early , staff was friendly but couldn't get keys to work . Shower door was off track so water leaked on floor , wife has a walking issue and was quite slippery. Pool was closed although was inside .. made no sense ..2nd one closed at a Hampton..Stockbridge Georgia was also closed . Breakfast left a lot to be desired..basic carb cram Breakfast. Next time may try Holiday Inn at top of hill

Very unhappy with our visit,way too pricey for an over night stay...
And we have been to many Hampton inn ,but this place was awful 😞

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this brand new Hampton Inn location...Elizabeth at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed having conversation with her, Nora at the breakfast was helpful and kind and friendly, helped Mrs Novack get set for breakfast (she walks slowly with a cane)...we are looking forward to staying again, next time we drive to SOCAL...I was equally pleased with every staff member I came in contact with, all very warm, welcoming, and helpful, and attentive to our needs. Thanks for having a great staff, and a great place to stay...the room was nicely designed, very clean, and bedding was quite comfortable, and nice and fresh, as advertised.

No water for shower Friday night
2 luggage carts for hotel had to carry luggage
Breakfast was good
No phone in room had walk down when we had problems
Again water turned off on Saturday and then no hot water for shower Saturday night
