Eccellente servizio in una strutta con sapore familiare ed una cura perfetta di camere e parti comuni. Cucina superlativa. Servizio in hotel di noleggio sci e skipass e navetta per gli impianti molto gradito. La cortesia e l’educazione del personale sono particolarmente di rilievo

Credevo meglio. Buona posizione, personale gentile. Ingresso piccolo; Hall e spazi comuni vecchiotti ovvero hotel parzialmente rinnovato ma per alcune cose anni 90. Le camere moderne ed ampie. Wi-Fi non buona (la gratuita si stacca ogni 5 minuti. Il ristorante ugualmente rimasto un bel po’ datato ma soprattutto mi aspettavo un buffet sia a colazione che a cena più importante (da un hotel 5 stelle gourmet..!?), non esiste una centrifuga a colazione ad esempio, a cena nel buffet di base solo verdure (hotel di zona equivalenti ti fanno anche crudi, salumi, ecc). Inoltre mi aspettavo una merenda gratuita (tutti gli hotel di questo livello lo fanno) al rientro dagli sci ma nulla Nel complesso un po’ di pecche ed un po’ tristino ..

No doubt the general ambiance of this hotel is lovely and the staff make their best efforts to provide top notch service. Unfortunately, we visited after getting spoiled to the core by another 5 star property in Fiss, Austria that had better facilities, better room service, and was truly ski in and ski out. The Alpenroyal was a nice hotel. Having to take a shuttle (provided on demand and expeditiously) was not ideal, but the hotel made the most out if it's location. The outdoor pool was nice, but you couldn't swim per se to the indoor pool without having to get out of one and into the other. The indoor pool wasn't particularly appealing in its size or ambiance. Turn down service: We were a little surprised there was no chocolate, treat, or anything particulary special every night when the curtains were drawn and bed opened up for a good night's sleep. The food at the hotel was good. I don't think we will return though.

Abbiamo trascorso un we da favola! Ospitalità ed accoglenza Super. Posizionato nel cuore dalla Val Gardena, offre il mneglio per chi desidera passare un soggiorno di lusso! Spa meravigliosa, Camere con vista impareggiabile, Ristorante di altissimo livello con una stella Michelin! Una Chicca? La fantastica piscina riscaldata all'esterno, semplicemente Unica! Personale eccellente e professionalità incredibile in tutti i reparti dell'Hotel. Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci -:)

A very nice family run hotel in Selva di Valgardena. The staff are professional and super helpful. The food in the restaurants is great. The suite was spacious and very clean. The hotel has an amazing wellness, gym and pool area with is great to use after a long day on the slopes. Overall a very nice and relaxing ski holiday. Highly recommended.

Tutto perfetto, camera spaziosa con un bel balcone, bagno confortevole, piscina esterna molto gradevole dopo la giornata sugli sci, grandi spazi comuni. Ristorante ottimo e personale gentilissimo. La navetta dell'hotel ti porta ai principali impianti, a tutte ore del giorno, Il tutto in un posto meraviglioso con bellissime piste da sci

Struttura stupenda, ben attrezzata, ben arredata e pulita. Un plauso, in particolare, al personale tutto che opera con una professionalità ineguagliabile. E ne vogliamo parlare della cucina? Ho avuto modo di assaporare prelibatezze uniche, curate nei dettagli e dai sapori esplosivi. Anche per la mia bimba non ho avuto alcun problema ed il signor Momo è stato di una disponibilità e dolcezza immensa. Grazie. È stato bello e ci rivedremo!
