We stayed here for a week on a skiing vacation. The hotel is truly a ski in - ski out hotel, which was a great upside. There is a direct access from the piste to the hotel’s up-to-date skiroom via an elevator. We also appreciated very good cleaning service of our spacious room. The breakfast buffet was surprisingly good with delicious offering. Altogether a recommendable skiing hotel. Timo and Tiina

Abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni in questo bellissimo hotel e ci siamo trovati benissimo, la nostra camera stevia era davvero carina curata nei minimi particolari con un bel panorama. Colazione ottima non mancava nulla i piatti della sera molto curati e si presentavano molto bene . Se devo trovare un difetto e nella zona piscina pochi posti per rilassarsi e troppo buia, il nero delle pareti non mi piaceva per niente. L'hotel dispone di un parcheggio coperto, molto comodo dal garage salire in ascensore fino alla camera.Se cercate un hotel a Selva di Valgardena super consigliato e noi se ritorneremo da quelle parti saremo sicuramente ancora vostri ospiti .

La valutazione corrisponde alle stelle che meriterebbe questo albergo. Camera moderna, luminosa ma mancano alcuni dettagli per un 4 stelle: frigobar vuoto, non c’è il bollitore, asciugacapelli a muro, in una settimana mai cambiate le lenzuola. Colazione accettabile ma niente di eccezionale per un albergo di montagna a 4 stelle, troppi prodotti confezionati e poca scelta in generale. Mancano completamente i servizi per i bambini e, in particolare, c’è poca attenzione per il menù dei piccoli…. Per esempio, trovo assurdo e inspiegabile che non sia previsto il dolce per i bambini. Bar sfornito di qualsiasi cosa. “Divertente”, per così dire, la responsabile di sala: a qualsiasi richiesta la risposta è “non è possibile”. Spiace perché l’albergo è moderno e in ottima posizione… ma la cura e i servizi offerti non sono da 4 stelle.

Non male,ma si può fare meglio.. Pulizia ottima, materasso e cuscini della mia camera da rivedere...ho dormito malissimo. Colazione da migliorare per un 4 Stelle. Cena veramente raffinata,piatti curati e di ottima qualità,complimenti allo chef. Personale gentile.

This is a really nice little hotel. Facilities are scrupulously clean and food is really good. Rooms are a decent size and ours had a dual aspect balcony, really nice. It’s well located for the buses and the ciampioi gondola, being a 5 minute walk. I was here on a summer walking holiday and it suited really well. Probably also good for ski holidays - I think there’s a piste at the rear of the hotel. Special thanks to Rosie who has been the friendly face of the hotel and sorted out any issues. She has also introduced us to several lovely local drinks

Ottimo hotel a 4 stelle ma i servizi offerti non sono in linea con la categoria dell’hotel. In bagno non c’è un kit di benvenuto, non c’è il sacchetto per la biancheria sporca. In una settimana non hanno mai cambiato le Lenzuola. Hanno invece un cuoco che cucina benissimo con un menu da vero ristorante. 4 portate, elaborate e buonissime. Del tutto Inesistente però il Menu per bambini. Menu fisso a due portate (omelette, farfalle al Salmone, riso con i peperoni). Non previsto il dolce o la frutta. La maitre in sala ha finta disponibilità ma chiedendole qualsiasi cosa fuori menù, risponde sempre che non è possibile. È ossessionata dai panini d’asporto e la prima cosa che ti dice è di non andare a fare colazione con borse o giubbini per paura che qualcuno possa prendere dei panini. Peccato, perché basta poco per migliorare. Il proprietario invece è molto disponibile e simpatico.

Abbiamo appena terminato la nostra settimana di vacanza al Somont, ci siamo sentiti a casa e coccolati. Avevamo una stanza al primo piano e devo dire che era molto ampia e confortevole. Personale sempre gentile e disponibile, cibo di un livello medio alto sempre molto vario, colazione a buffet dolce e salata molto molto buona e varia. Ringraziamo per esserci sentiti coccolati e lo consigliamo!! Personalmente torneremo!!!!

Struttura nuova pulita moderna con bella spa. Finite le cose positive. Il resto sono una serie di lacune a livello di servizio, cordialità flessibilità tipiche di questi luoghi ad eccezione del personale di questo albergo. Buffet colazione e cena scarso, triste, senza prodotti tipici. Vassoi vuoti che non vengono sostituiti. Tutto si vede è fatto nell'ottica del risparmio. L'albergo diversamente dalle altre strutture era piuttosto vuoto. La Val gardena è incantevole ma certamente non torneremo qui.

This is our favorite hotel in selva - and maybe in all wintersport resorts in europe. Super nice family (owned) hotel with great staff and brilliant food. The location is immediately on a connecting slope - and you enter by elevator. This is absolutely superb - and the food and wine list amasing. Been there 4 years in a row and never bores. Narena is the best host ever
