Kudos to Neo Hotel staff; from the front desk, security & housekeeping, everyone is quick to serve guests.
The room is big enough for 2 people, not cramped. The AC is cold, the amenities are complete. There are lots of drinking water dispensers along the hallway so it's really helpful.
Superindo which is under the hotel is also very helpful to guests.
Overall very satisfied; Thank you Neo Hotel.

Second experience staying at Neo. This time I got a room that was less than satisfactory. The bathroom smelled a bit and the floor had a lot of water crust. The mattress makes noise and the AC is not cold enough. There are quite complete amenities. The equipment is quite complete (there is a refrigerator too) but some of it is outdated. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to Superindo (quite helpful if you want to shop for personal equipment/snacks)

First impressions were immediately impressive because the lobby was comfortable, the rooms were clean and the room keys used a plug system. The cool thing is that the rooms have bells so the hallway is not guaranteed to be a quite zone. Stayed 2 nights so got room service so it was cleaned
