For 4**** hotel to minimalis.. no hairdryer, AC not cold, it looks doesn't work.. very so so.. a little bit disappointed.

I was making reservation for non smoking room. When arriving at hotel, they provide smoking room & insist there was no remark for non smoking room in my reservation, while I am sure it is because I am allergic of cigarette smoke and all its residual materials. It was on 4th floor and they said no room available on other floor. After arguing and shows the print out of reservation with remark on NON SMOKING there, at the end the manager decided to assign another room on 5th floor (meaning in fact they still have non smoking room available, but at first the front office personel refuse to provide the non smoking room for us. Although in fact we have personal membership for this hotel, clearly we don't want to use them anymore.

Sorry, but i have to say that i would not reccommend this hotel to people who loves modernity. From the building, to the rooms, everything seems outdated. With the price that they have, there are still another option of the hotel to stay at.
Never going back to this hotel again, sorry😔
