This hotel wins because of its position in the middle of the city. But the breakfast menu is messy. So salty. It looks like they are not ready for the high season. When you want CI and CO the administration takes a really long time. We waited in the parking lot for up to 60 minutes
Quite slow in responding to room requirements. Bath soap and shampoo have not been refilled. They lack operational staff during high season. This should be maintained first

The location is strategic, near the mall and just walking distance to the old city area which has lots of restaurants and historical buildings. The hotel lobby is ok, the breakfast is decent but there aren't too many choices of stalls. The buffet food is just ordinary. The rooms are big, the furniture is ordinary, the TV signal is not good. The employees are friendly and quite helpful. For trips where you don't want to relax in your room or enjoy the hotel facilities (the pool was being repaired when we were there), this hotel is suitable because the location is really good.

Old building that has been renovated. The lobby and rooms are comfortable, clean, have been renovated, only the hallway still feels like an old building...The service is friendly and very helpful. Breakfast has lots of choices but in my opinion it's just B for the taste
