overall good. brand new building with great concept. even the room was spacious enough for the price. but untuk sprei nya i think im not lucky enough krn agak apek..... and lil bit noda but its okay. the aircon was SUPER COOL LOL. oh and my room neighbor was super noisy at night :( and for the wifi speed im sorry they're bad:( but twas great experience and definetely would be back!＜3

Its a nice hotel. The advantage of this hotel because the hotel become part of DP mall, the hotel is very clean and very nice staff.I came before 2PM and they let me to check in earlier without any charge, I lost my watch during the stay and the cleaning staff inform that she put on the other side of the table. And my daughter also left her jacket on the outside restroom (not in our room) and we found on the receptionist desk. Also I forgot to bring charger for my phone and we just can leave the phone to charge at the front desk. Which means Room Inc hotel has honest employee and very kind, very helpful. The breakfast has variative kind, I really love the porridge. So tasty The suggestion for this hotel, maybe you may re-decorate the room. Its very small with big TV. Its not easy to move from one side to another because the gap is very small. But overall I really enjoy to stay at this hotel. Thank you Room Inc Semarang

Insight room was different from the picture given on agoda, booking.com, traveloka even on their official website. Bed linen, pillow, towels got stain and the colour a bit yellowish. On their wall got a few of pencil sketched. And that make the room even look dirtier and dumped. The main thing was the bathroom. In the morning the water were so dirty, they said they were doing some repair to the water valve. And you guest what, they doing it in the morning where all the guests already wake up and need to use the toilet and we found out that the water was DIRTY with all the sands and the colour were brownish, then out of sudden the water heater also down. And the jackpot was, the water STOP running to all the rooms. THIS WAS PERFECT 😏 We already called 3 times and asked, and they only said wait for a while and keep on the water to flush away all the dirts. With out any other solutions. And that happens for almost 3 hours. They perfectly ruined our holiday with this Issue. We ask for extra towel, fyi, they only give 2 towels per room. We have 3 Children, so we asked for extra towel. We never got any problem on this even on budget hotel or at 4 or 5 Stars hotels before, You know what? After they give extra 2 towels, they asked for the existing 2 towels thats already in the room to be returned to them. We have explained to the house keeping that we have 3 kids, and of course 2 towels will not be enough (fyi, the towel is a bit thin, dont expect a furry thick towel like at other 4 or 5 starts hotel) What a silly service. Dont mention about the extra room key, they only gave us 1 room key, so we asked for 1 extra. You know what they said? We have not enough room key, so no more extra. It was a TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT staying 1 night on 31st dec to 1st of Jan 2023 at LK Pandanaran Semarang. They charged almost 3times from their normal rate and this is what we got. We dont mind if you marked up your price almost 3times, specially during peak season, BUT PLEASE before doing that, improve your service, add more capable and professional labour to balance up with your price. Not mention about LK Simpang Lima Semarang. At their lobby, there was a water leakage, not sure why they havent done any repairing. Thats make us think that they all the SAME, at all LK Hotel Chains at semarang. But we would like to compliments the security outside the lobby area, he was very helpful, and genuinely helped us and give solutions when there were no more parking lot.

I would love to say that this hotel one of the best budget hotel in Semarang. Thanks to Ms. Farah who was very helpful as receptionist. I love the hotel concept with green colour. It looks so fresh. And the hotel location is in the middle of Semarang city. My family loves it. Only need to walk 5 minutes to go to Paragon mall and of course near with tourist destination, Lawang Sewu, Kampung Pelangi, Old City. What a pleasant stay at Whiz Hotel..

Although the price is not cheap, it is overall very good. It is new, clean and the room is large. There are many choices for breakfast. The service staff is friendly and smiling. Overall is okay... but cleanliness is just a bit lack.. the good thing about this hotel is the room is spacious.. the swimming pool is belonged to the neighboring hotel MG Suites so customers from MG setos can not use the swimming pool freely, we have to pay 50k rupiah per person to be able to use the pool... the other downside is the Parking area, from the parking area to first lobby there is no elevator so if you bring a lot of luggage you have to carry it heavily by stair from parking area to first lobby before you can take the elevator.. so it is kinda a hassle.. but you can drop your belonging in front of the first lobby if you dont want to carry it all yourself there is the staff offering trolly, at night the parking area is locked it is safe but become a problem when you want to go out at night or come back at night

Stay for 1 night here. The staffs are very helpful. I asked for an early check in because my son had a fever and they're give me the room quickly. The location near to Pecinan night market and also near the legend Soto Bokoran, just few steps from the hotel. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Honestly, the rooms are really comfortable, they're also big and not cramped. only the facilities in the room are lacking. It's like the hot water isn't working so it can't be used.
