The hotel environment is great, and the rooms are exceptionally clean. They offer a free shuttle service to and from the pier every day. The food prices are also very reasonable and cater well to local tastes. The owner is incredibly responsive and provides excellent service. Great service, and the owner is really funny and engaging. The breakfast spread offers a good variety. We bought seafood and had the hotel prepare it for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious – so good that we ate it two nights in a row! What really surprised me was being able to check in and relax before 10 AM because a room was available.

The environment is quite good; for Semporna, this guesthouse is considered decent. The shuttle service is also very thoughtful. The staff are great, but the owner isn't as welcoming – a bit cool. If you ask more than one or two questions, he seems a little impatient. I'm not sure if he doesn't understand or what.

Extremely comfortable, coming back to a good night's sleep after a day of diving is an absolute must. The beds were incredibly comfortable and super clean, with two 1.5-meter beds, making it perfect for families with two kids. It's only about a ten-minute drive from town, and the hotel car offers convenient pick-up and drop-off, usually within ten minutes. Huge thanks to the owner for their thoughtful care; they're a wonderful Chinese host, and communication was seamless. Five-star review!

This place is absolutely top-notch, simply beautiful! You *must* try the breakfast and dinner if you stay here. I highly recommend the spicy beef and the creamy prawns. The owner is incredibly kind, and the overall service quality of the guesthouse is exceptionally high. Staying here boosted the happiness index of our entire trip by 50%; the other 50% was from the ocean! You can tell that the guesthouse was thoughtfully designed and genuinely run with passion.

The best part about this homestay is its genuine hospitality. The owner helped us book a transfer from the airport to the guesthouse, and then provided seamless transportation to the jetty and town, which was a huge relief given the transportation challenges in Semporna. Plus, the seafood prepared by the owner had a delicious Chinese flavor!

It was really hard to book a room here; I refreshed the page for days before finally snagging a single night. The environment was super comfortable, and the room was very clean, with all the toiletries provided. Dinner was delicious, and the squid was absolutely amazing. I'll definitely come back if I ever visit Semporna again!

The room was spacious and comfortable. We stayed for three nights, and the room was cleaned and tidied every day, which made us feel very secure. The owner was very friendly and humorous, speaking both Mandarin and Cantonese, making communication very smooth. The best part was the unlimited shuttle service to and from town; they arranged it immediately whenever we asked, without any complaints. Even the driver was very nice and always smiling. It was incredibly convenient, much better than staying in the messy and chaotic town. There's also a pool! I highly recommend this place!

I was really satisfied with this hotel, but unfortunately, it was fully booked, so I could only stay one night. The owner was incredibly warm and helpful, and all the staff were very friendly. They assisted with everything we needed during our stay. There's a car available for transfers to and from town. On our second day, we were changing hotels and going island hopping in the morning, and the owner proactively helped us transport our luggage to the new hotel. They are truly excellent hosts! The room was clean, and there were plenty of disposable amenities. The pool was fantastic; the kids had a blast playing until late into the night.
