Hôtel très correct, accueil agréable, petit déjeuner très copieux, grand choix agréablement présenté en buffet. Chambre spacieuse, propre et confortable, on entend un peu la circulation ; prix élevé en janvier, saison creuse dans ce village charmant.

Hôtel de charme idéalement placé face à la porte d'accès à la cité médiévale. L'accueil est charmant et efficace. Nous avons pu bénéficier d'un emplacement de parking gratuit juste devant l'entrée. L'établissement a été rénové avec beaucoup de goût, mêlant confort moderne et cachet préservé. Chaque meuble et objet a été bien choisi. La chambre était très confortable avec une grande salle de bain équipée d'une douche à l'italienne. La salle de petit-déjeuner est à l'image du reste, charmante et le buffet était très diversifié et copieux. Il manquait peut-être des œufs brouillés pour être totalement

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel situé au cœur de la ville (avec les inconvénients qui en découlent : circulation bruyante surtout en raison de la chaussée - mal - pavée, mais la chambre se trouvait à l'arrière, donnant sur une cour fermée) Qualité des prestations (espace disponible dans la chambre), douche + baignoire, WC séparés. Je recommande cet hôtel.

An absolute gem of a hotel. Initially we thought of it as a stopover on our way back north. However, that soon changed and now view it as a destination in its own right. The quality of service provided by Axel and his mother is superb. The hotel is so clean and so well organised. It doesn't have a restaurant, but that doesn't matter as Axel will provide recommendations for a number of close by establishments. The bedroom and bathroom were sheer bliss. So well furnished and comfortable with every need catered for. The breakfast is excellent (that lemon cake with poppy seeds is just to die for!). So much praise for this beautiful place. And the village of Semur-en-Auxois, in which it is located, is beautiful to wander around. We will defintely be back on our next trip to France

Je reviendrai avec plaisir dans cet hôtel. Merci pour votre accueil et le séjour est parfait. Hôtel très bien situé juste à côté de la rue piétonne de Semur. Facilité pour se garer, décoration très jolie.

Ein sehr gutes Zimmer, sowie Frühstück. Nettes Personal , alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Super Lage da man vom Hotel aus viele touristische Ausflüge ins Umland machen kann. Wunderschöne historisch Altstadt, tolle Restaurants in der Nähe.

Ce logis a été idéal pour visiter le centre historique de Semur-en-Auxois. Outre son emplacement parfait, cet hôtel nous a fourni une chambre agréable et très calme, très propre et parfaitement équipée à laquelle s'est ajouté un accueil sympathique, prévenant et efficace. Rien à redire pour cette adresse à laquelle nous reviendrons volontiers.

Waren nun zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel in Semur en Auxois - leider hatten wir diesmal die älteren Zimmer im rechten Teil des Hotels, die schon eine Klasse hinter den Zimmern im neueren Teil stehen. Sie sind etwas kleiner und auch das Bad ist nicht so geräumig. Frühstück war in Ordnung aber kein Höhepunkt. Rezeption ist derzeit nur zur Frühstückszeit bzw. nach 18 Uhr besetzt. Coronabedingt gibt es im Eingangsbereich einen Checkin-Automaten, der mit Eingabe des Namens und eines zuvor per SMS zugesandten Codes die Zimmerkarte ausspuckt - das hat gut funktioniert. Leider hat im Ort nach dem Abendessen kein einziges Lokal mehr offen - um 21 Uhr war überall Schluss. Diesen Umstand habe ich aber nicht in die Hotelbewertung mit einbezogen.
