Pros: Bilik selesa untuk dua orang (luas). Ada air-conditioning dan TV. Sejadah disediakan dalam bilik kami (thank you!) Sabun disediakan. Cons: Bilik berbau rokok (tak pasti la customer sebelum ni merokok dalam bilik ke apa). Air di tandas kejap ada kejap tiada (bagi saya ini masalah yang paling besar. tengah mandi/buang air tiba² air tiada 😂). Tiada hair dryer disediakan jika kalian rasa perlu, bawa lah hair dryer sendiri). Iron ada disediakan di ruang guna sama (kena tunggu giliran untuk guna). Bilik ada semut 😅

*************. Secara keseluruhan, pengalaman bermalam di sini untuk bilik 2 katil double: 8/10. Pendapat saya, berbaloi dengan kos untuk 3 hari 2 malam untuk tujuan pergi ambil anak di universiti. Lokasi motel ni dekat dengan bandar, dan bangunan motel ni pun terletak sederet dengan kedai serbaneka. Jadi, senang untuk pergi beli barang-barang keperluan jika perlu. Ada juga sawah padi kecil bersebelahan motel, jadi bilik yang kami duduk dapat nikmati pemandangan tu. Dari segi kebersihan dan perkhidmatan, bahagian luar lobi motel masa tu mungkin tengah selenggara atau tambah baik, tapi tidak menganggu laluan untuk masuk. Kemudahan yang disediakan dalam bilik, seperti bilik air berada dalam keadaan yang baik. Tapi, bilik yang saya duduk airnya ambil masa untuk keluar laju dan stabil, mungkin ada masalah dekat pam. Katil2 agak selesa juga, tiada bau yang tidak menyenangkan. Ruang bilik agak selesa untuk kami 5 orang. Ada ruang untuk bentang alas tidur di lantai jika perlu. Siaran TV pula disediakan channel tempatan dan juga radio. Cawan dan pemanas air tidak disediakan di dalam bilik, tetapi mereka sediakan mesin Coway untuk ambil air minum sejuk dan panas, cawan2 dan paket minuman segera di lobi. Tentang pendingin hawa, kelajuan airnya mungkin agak perlahan sedikit (tak boleh nak bandingkan dengan kalau yang biasa tu macam mana, sebab selalu guna ^^;). Ada sekali ia ada masalah, jadi dia tak keluarkan udara sejuk. Tapi, selepas dibuka semula selepas kami balik semula ke bilik, ia jadi okey kembali. Apa yang boleh ditambah baik, lantai seramik, walaupun tidak memudaratkan, tetapi perlu segera dibaiki sebab terbuka/longgar/tidak melekat pada lantai. Selain tu, pemilik munkin boleh sediakan pemanas air atau cawan dalam setiap bilik. Pam air untuk bilik air mungkin boleh dibaiki dan sistem air panas bilik air mungkin boleh ditambah baik. Pendingin hawa mungkin boleh dibaiki/selenggara/ditambah baik untuk lebih keselesaan. Mungkin motel diselenggara, boleh sediakan bilik yang boleh digunakan untuk golongan OKU, jika belum ada (saya tak perasan ada atau tidak, tapi tengok macam semua bilik ditingkat atas, dimana tak ada cara naik selain tangga). Tips yang saya boleh beri dari pengalaman saya, jangan lupa bawak extension kalau tempah mana2 tempat bermalam sebab kekadang soketnya tak banyak. Bawa juga plastik sampah sendiri, senang kalau nak buang sampah. Penyangkut baju, barang mandi, dan lain2 keperluan mungkin boleh bawa juga, untuk situasi saya lah. Motel ni rasanya bisnes keluarga, jadi adalah juga anak2 nya di lobi kekadang. Yang uruskan check-in saya masa waktu malam pun ialah anak lelakinya (rasanya). Jadi, mungkin cara diorang mungkin kurang profesional, dari segi sapaan kepada tetamu yang datang untuk check-in. Tapi, mereka masih mesra dengan kami. Mungkin kalau anak2 mereka dapat tetamu yang selain orang melayu, mungkin mereka akan rasa malu/tak biasa. Jadi part tugas sebagai receptionist tu, orangnya perlu belajar cara2 berhubung dan melayan tetamu untuk dapat first impression yang bagus. Semoga pemilik dimurahkan rezeki dan diberkati Allah SWT bisnes motel mereka.. Semoga mereka terus tambah baik perkhidmatan diorang dan dapat luaskan lagi perkhidmatan.
