Ni Hot water good breakfast nice swimming pool need to walk to the beach nice sunset view but the issue with the hot water and WiFi in the room was a down side to me and my wife she was very disappointed with the water 💧 😑 issue I hoop thay resolver this problem 😢

O hotel é antigo e precisando de renovação. Viajamos e família e reservamos 2 quartos. Ao checarmos nos foram entregues as chaves e ao chegarmos a um deles estava completamente sujo com toalhas, latas de refrigerantes e lixo pelo chão. O outro quarto foi reservado para 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 criança) opção que era fornecida no site como 1 cama king e 2 camas de solteiro, no entanto ao chegarmos só havia uma cama king. Nos queixamos da situação dos quartos e foi resolvido, mas a impressão de falta de cuidado ficou. O café da manhã é ok. Resimindo não seria jamais uma primeira opção em um retorno a cidade.

O Hotel promete muito pelo Insta, mas entrega pouco. Está localizado em uma visão privilegiada para o mar com um por do sol maravilhoso. Tem um deck é um lounge muito bonitos. Os chalés estão localizados em meio a um jardim e árvores belíssimos. As camas e roupas de cama muito boas. Chalés são confortáveis também. No entanto, a conservação dessa estrutura deixa a desejar, se vê fiação a mostra, cadeiras da piscina com ferrugem, o café da manhã foi vergonhoso: não tinha pão!!! Parecia que as poucas frutas que tinham eram do dia anterior. A impressão é que o hotel está abandonado. Não é sujo, mas precisa ser melhor conservado. Tem pessoas trabalhando mas parece que são necessários mais colaboradores pelo tamanho e localização em meio às árvores. Pelo preço da diária tem opções muito melhores no centro de Pipa. Parece que no passado foi muito bom, mas agora está muito decadente! Tínhamos reservado três diárias e só usamos duas. Voltamos para Natal, mesmo porque Pipa e bastante longe do aeroporto e nosso voo era muito cedo. Então, hospedagem ruim aliado a necessidade de estar cedo no aeroporto optamos por onerar o passeio, mas ter um último dia de conforto nas férias e retornamos ao Serhs Natal (excelente)!

The restaurant is ok, perfect service, but the food is not even normal. I thought that cleaning the room could be more thorough, some stains on the floor, moths in the bathroom, etc. Overall, I liked it.

We had a problem with the room, they put us in an accommodation, on arrival, well below the expected level for a resort. Although they changed our apartment to a better one, the jacuzzi, responsible for the higher price, did not work.
