Thanks to trip.com who responded to my query and request promptly so that we able to check in without worry. Thanks to hotel staff who accommodating our request by getting us connecting rooms. The stay is nice. Just the aircond may need service as it is not cold... overall nice stay,peaceful and serene

Stayed several times with everything satisfactory, but unfortunately on the last stay, the bedding had stains and didn't look clean... and breakfast food the service has dropped significantly.

I booked this hotel in a urgent situation where my previous booking was not successful due the "Agent - Priceline"'s dump mistake and bad services. I changed to use Trip.com and successfully booked this hotel within 10 minutes.
The overall experience was not bad, good part is the mattress is comfortable, but the hotel is quite old, some facilities has broken.
No harm to stay for one or two nights.

The hotel can be categorized as 2.5 to 3 stars. The breakfast is local Malaysian food, and the taste is so-so.
The hotel materials look old or shabby. There was water leaking from the ceiling in the passageway.
The air-conditioning is not cold. Some lightings in the hotel room are not function.
Trip.com has to change the hotel categories star of this hotel on the Trip.com website.
