The hotel reception staff was generally not very friendly. After checking in, there was no toilet paper in the room (and no tissue paper either), so when I told the front desk that there was no toilet paper, they seemed to have prepared toilet paper and tissue paper, but for some reason they only gave me one roll of toilet paper.
The exterior of the hotel is not very clean, and the hallways and rooms do not seem to be cleaned very well either. The hotel hallway (carpet) smelled very bad, like something had rotten. The room was a little better than the hallway, but it smelled the same. I can't help that the room is small, but I wish they would do something about the smell. The linens were clean. The air conditioning and internet were not very good. I couldn't find any good points other than the convenient location, just a few minutes walk from the airport, and I stayed here because I had an early morning flight, but I don't think I'll stay here again in the future.

Too expensive for the hotel with no amenities and bad conditions & amenities provided. The only good side of the hotel is its location to the airport if you’re catching very early flight.

Great location especially within walking distance for those who are catching the morning flight. Room was adequately clean however there it can be further improved by fixing the leaking water hose and properly align the towel hanger.

Just a simple hotel for the night to take a flight from senai airport the next morning.
Building and room is old.
No toiletries provided.

The hotel is really near to the airport like just 5 mins away by walk. However this hotel really need to improve their cleanliness as the hotel room is quite nice but the bedsheet and toilet quite dirty (was not cleaned properly).
