The room quite spacious, bathroom cleanliness just fair. But the room light very dimming. Not suitable for work inside room because even though all lamps is turned on.

It was great location however the cleanliness need to improve alot especially their linens and towels seemed old and need to change. It's a new management but the linens they had didn't justify. The services was great, also the breakfast foods was tasty and varied. It was great experience however the top management need to consider their linens, blankets and towels.

Overall, it's okay. Check-in was a bit slow because many rooms weren't ready, even though it was already 2 PM. Hope things improve in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Bono in Pekanbaru. The hotel itself was excellent, with comfortable facilities and a very pleasant atmosphere. The service was outstanding staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. I was also very impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. Everything was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Pekanbaru.
