It was clean and comfortable!
The lobby was spacious and clean.
There was also an affiliated parking lot, so I was able to park cheaply.

Traveling with my mom. Room was fairly decent size- love the available bath products and face care products at the lobby. The bathroom was also clean. Great view out the window. Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

Although the opening date shown is 2023, it can be seen from Google Street View that the predecessor was another hotel. It is speculated that the old hotel was purchased and renovated.
The facilities in the room are old, and they are probably the same old facilities.
The bathroom faucet uses an old-style facility that separates hot and cold water, which is very difficult to use.
At this price, you can get newer and better rooms in Sendai.
