離仙台站超級近，走路大概 5 分鐘左右，離地鐵站也差不多這個距離。旁邊購物的地方也非常多，可以説算是仙台的中心區域了。酒店住宿體驗非常好，房間很寬敞。

Terribly noisy and hot. No air conditioner or way to control the room temperature. You could open the window, I guess. But that would increase the already unbearable noise of the construction rampaging directly outside. Thin walls too, could hear the couple next door giggling and playing through the night. So if you like hot, noisy spaces, this is the place for you. The bed and bathroom were totally fine. And maybe I was just there on the wrong day. But to have no air conditioner/heater in a hotel in a modern country like this, that's quite absurd. If you have the ability, stay somewhere else. It's not worth the risk.

I travel to Sendai for business trips a lot, so I was interested in this hotel since it's close to my office.
