Akiu Onsen Akiu Grand Hotel

My younger brother's family and I stayed here as two families. Everything we had at the buffet was delicious, and the raw dishes, especially the sashimi, were even more delicious than we expected. I think the menu was catered to a wide variety of tastes. Some guests commented that it would have been nice if they had yakisoba noodles. The baths in the main building were very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, we didn't win bingo in the "Bingo Tournament," but we all had a great time and enjoyed ourselves. I'd like to stay here again.

The room is very good. The basement floor is a hot spring, very convenient.

Three girls in our twenties went to Akiu Grand Hotel from Hokkaido to go on a trip. We were able to use the hot springs in both the annex and the main building, and although there was a fee for yukata, we chose a cute one, and the buffet had more variety than we expected, so we had a lot of fun! There were no foreigners there, and there were often times when we happened to have the hot springs to ourselves, so we were able to relax and enjoy the hot springs. If we have the opportunity, we would like to use them again (^^)

It is an hour away by bus from the city center, and is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the hot springs. The amenities are well-equipped and the staff is very friendly. Dinner and breakfast served buffet style are also delicious. Overall it's very good.

A historic hotel, but overall very well maintained. The rooms are large, the public pool is great, and the buffet dinner and breakfast are great.

I don't want to come to Akiu Grand Hotel again because of the poor customer service. Since it was an occasional family trip, I thought I had booked a suite room even though it was a little expensive, but when I was taken to my room, I was given an older room in the annex, and even though I don't smoke, I was given a smoking room. Too bad 😢 I came here to commemorate the victims of the East Japan Earthquake, so I would like to have a proper memorial service without worrying about the hotel.

Thank you for allowing us a relaxing time in your beautiful facility. What was even better than that was that the variety and deliciousness of the dishes, which overturned the buffet style, made me fully enjoy the extraordinary experience. I would also like to come with all my relatives. thank you very much.

The hot springs, food, room, and location were all excellent. Having a sauna is also good!! Rairaikyo can be seen from outside the lobby. This is the only hotel where you can look down below, so I plan to repeat it!

The room is large and comfortable. The view from the window is super beautiful. There are two hot springs, one is very old-fashioned and the other is beautiful. The food in the restaurant is good and there are many choices, very authentic buffet.
