The location is very convenient as it is right next to the Kokubuncho entrance and close to the subway station (Ichibancho Station). The room was a normal business hotel room, and the bathroom facilities were a little outdated, but it was tolerable. One of the two elevators was out of use. It was very helpful to be able to use the washing machine and dryer for free (however, you have to make a reservation, so you can't use it whenever you want).

Thank you for your help. This time I stayed without meals, so I don't know what the meals were like, but it's good value for money, has a good location, and is easy to use. It's also helpful that you don't have to worry about parking even if you go by car.

Convenient and close to Kokubuncho and Ichibancho. Everyone from the reception to the cleaning staff are friendly and leave a good impression.
There are probably amenities, but it's a little hard to find.

Check-in is smooth and hassle-free
The bed in the room was larger than I expected and I was able to relax.
The unit bath was also average (though I felt it was a little cramped because I'm a big person)
