R&B Hotel Sendai Higashiguchi Reviews

Nice hotel, very near to Sendai Station which is about 5 mins by walk. The room is compact and the breakfast is decent. The welcome coffee from 3 pm to 12 pm is most welcomed.

The hotel room was quite small, and there was no tap to fill the bathtub with, only the shower head. Overall I’d say it is a very average hotel with ok amenities

Had to find a room for a sudden business trip. Nice and clean. I’ll stay in this hotel again in the future

The location is good, 7 minutes walk from Sendai Station. The room is small. It's the first time I've encountered a check-in form that requires guests to fill out. Coffee is free from 15:00 to midnight

The caramel danish for breakfast was really delicious! I didn't have time to eat it slowly, so I asked if I could eat it while I was getting ready, and they kindly agreed to let us take it to our room. My child was a little greedy, but they smiled and let us go. If you like danishes, I recommend the breakfast option! I think it was about 700 yen to add on.

It is very easy to get there from the east exit. There is a newly opened restaurant Yokocho on the way and it passes the express bus departure station. The front desk lady is very nice and I like Wecome Coffee.

I am grateful for the kind service I received despite my late night check-in. The room was very clean and I have no complaints, but the dust on the bathroom exhaust fan was a bit of a concern.

It's a relatively new hotel, so it's comfortable. The single room is small, and the space to put your luggage makes it a little difficult to get in and out of the room, but I can bear it. They are focusing on environmental consideration, and there is a service where you can collect stamps if you don't get a toothbrush and razor. Of course you get them, and you also get lotion and milk. The breakfast is simple, but it's enough for me. It's a shame that there were no croissants. I thought there would only be bread, but there was rice and curry, so I was happy.

I booked breakfast included, but even though it wasn't late, there was only one type of bread and no additional replenishment, so I ended up not being able to eat any bread. Considering the extra charge for breakfast, I think it would have been better to eat breakfast outside. The room was clean and comfortable.

It was clean and the breakfast bread was delicious. Although the bed was large, the room was a bit small and there was no place to open the small carry case, so the only way to open it was to the passage, so it felt like the passage to the toilet was blocked. I think it would be fine to open it to the front door, but I wish it was a little wider.
