Check-in is rather late, starting at 4pm. If you get a Toyoko Inn card (fee required), you can check in earlier at 3pm. They will look after your luggage.
I chose a premium room, but the room was relatively small and the air conditioning breeze hit the bed directly, so it was dry if you didn't turn it off while you were sleeping. It was cold with light snow the next morning, so the only downside was that it was cold in the morning.
The staff were polite and helpful.
I'd like to use this hotel again when I'm staying in Sendai.

It is located in a quiet area, about a 5-minute walk from the east exit of Sendai Station. The breakfast menu was a little plain compared to other Toyoko Inns. There are two buildings in the same building, Building 1 and Building 2, and they have separate entrances, so it's hard to find.

I guess it's one of the newer hotels in the same group. I had a comfortable stay. However, the bathroom, especially the bathtub, is not new, so it would have been better if it had a little more water. Other than that, it was conveniently located within walking distance of the Sendai East Exit.
