You really can't beat this location. Service is also excellent and made the stay very pleasant. Rooms were fair sized and the view was nice, looking out to the bus station and onto shops etc. Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Hotel is located conveniently next to the station, about a 3 mins walk away. There is plenty of food and souvenir places surrounding the hotel. Got lucky with the room given to me, there was three Sakura trees right outside my window. 10/10

The location is perfect, just next to the exit of JR station. It is easy to find. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby the hotel. The car rental companies are also just a few steps from the hotel.

Although the room is small, it has everything. It is quiet, soundproof and clean. The children take a bath twice a day and are very happy. It is very convenient to go out to the shopping mall and eat. Transportation is also very convenient. I will come again!

I chose the East Wing because it's new, directly connected to the station, and has a delicious breakfast. The rooms and lounge are clean and stylish, and the large windows give you a feeling of openness. (The photo is of the lounge.) I come to Sendai every year and often stay at nearby hot spring inns, but this is also a good place to efficiently explore the sights! I was surprised to see a woman at the front desk who never smiled, but other than that I really liked it.

Very convenient hotel, if you encounter bad weather, it will show its superiority. You don't need to leave the station at all, there is everything inside, the service is very good, it fully demonstrates that although the sparrow is small, it has everything. And it is convenient to go anywhere.

I had planned to stay as a family of three, but two of my family members were unable to come due to poor health. I requested a cancellation on the morning of the day, but it was decided that cancellation was not possible, so I stayed alone since I had come all the way. However, I was able to use the breakfast voucher for the person who was unable to come for dinner, and I was able to have a very delicious dinner. The hotel lounge also had self-service drinks, so I was able to relax both in the evening and in the morning. There is a pharmacy and Seijo Ishii nearby, the Shinkansen boarding entrance is also close by, and the room was very clean, so it was a very satisfying stay. I plan to go again with my family next time.

Came to Sendai for a trip and stayed for three days. The transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants around.
