ホテルのロケーションはとても良い場所にあります。仙台駅から徒歩で10分程度で、アーケードを通れば、雨にもほぼ濡れる事は無いです。朝市にも近くて、飲食店も近くに沢山ありました。国分町にも近いです。阿部蒲鉾本店が1階にありますので、お土産は便利です。施設内は大浴場もありましたが、男女入れ替え制ですので、自由な時間には入浴できませんでした。フロント横にコーヒーサイフォンがありましたが、ポットが無くていただく事は出来ませんでした。喫煙可能のお部屋が少ない世の中では喫煙可能がお部屋を提供して頂く事は有り難いです。また利用したです。

古いホテルという感じ。宿泊費が安く利用しました。金額に見合ったホテルでした。アメニティもどこのブランドかわからない、見るからに業務用を詰め替えてるんだろうなという見た目でした。どこに行ってもアメニティは自分で用意しているので困りはしませんでした。雨の日で寒かったのですが、空調の調節が全く出来なかったことだけ残念です。電気ヒーターの貸出などもあるので、何かしらでカバーは出来ると思います。

ツインルームはベッドも大きく部屋も広く居心地はとても良かったです。
眺望は期待しない事（笑）
朝食と大浴場は期待以上でした。

房間雖然不大，但配備應有盡有，乾淨整潔，樓下是仙台超大的商業步行街，交通、購物都很方便！離東北大學僅有十幾分鍾步行路程，可以看到魯迅塑像。

駅からも近く、朝食も美味しかったので、大満足です♪部屋は少し古くシャワーの水が流れにくかったのが少し残念ですが、それ以外は清潔で、加湿器の貸し出しや、空気清浄機、など充実していました。フロントの方も親切で安く利用できる日なら、また利用したいです。
