This budget hotel is located further away from Sendai station and is not walking distance with big luggage. The location is also a shopping street where there is a bus stop with bus heading to Sendai station. A short ride costs 120yen. The room is a bit dated and small though good enough for 1 person. Service staff at the check in counter are friendly and nice although English proficiency level is not high.

The hotel staff are very kind and the rooms are clean. However, since it was in Kokubuncho, it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. You can hear young people's voices loudly from midnight to 4am. I could clearly hear the music playing at the karaoke bar, which was stressful. It's a noise that penetrates even with earphones. I don't know about weekdays, but it might be better not to stay on weekends. Only the noise was stressful.
