広瀬通駅が徒歩1分程度なので雨等の天気の悪い時は便利。お風呂は温泉では無く、身体を洗う場が3つのみなので待つことが多い。通りを挟んで存在するグループ会社の温泉が使えるので、そちらがオススメ。洗い場の数が倍はあり、キレイであった。

The room has a black wall pillar that was disturbing when sleeping. Felt as if something is looking at you while sleeping. Felt a bit eerie.
Other than that, you have to go to their sister hotel for the public bathroom. On top of that, it mentioned it had carpark but it did not mention that it cannot take a kei car. Ended up i have to park at a public carpark station which is very expensive.

Regarding the location, it was easy to take action because it was in the middle point between Sendai Station and Kokubuncho.
I stayed in a Japanese-style room, but I think it was suitable for a family of 5 with 2 simple beds and 1 set of futons.
Children of elementary school and preschoolers were also pleased.
The bathroom is for men only, and women will use the nearby Dormy Inn (3 minutes on foot)...
It was raining and it was a little inconvenient.
It would be even better if there was a women's bathroom.
I had a delicious Chinese soba at midnight.
