是有點年代的老房子，房間寬敞整潔，本來衹是為了打卡承太郎住過的酒店，但住下來整體都非常舒適，和式早餐份量很足。如果有機會再去仙台還會住這兒。

効率重視のホテルが増える中で貴重な存在と思うので、
若い人にも味わってもらいたい。私は好きです。
サービス対応もしっかりしてますが、
ルームキーがオートロックでなく、開ける側に回しきったまま押さないとドアが開けられないことがわからず、部屋の前で困っている方がいらっしゃいました。
例えば、古いタイプのホテルの利用のコツをうまく案内できると人気になるのては？と思いました。
（正直、室内の設備、館内案内は淡白に感じました）

Ｂreakfast style in the restaurant was not good （only two kind of Ｊapanese style and
western style are serviced) . Ｉf possible, more menue selection ｗould be better for various tourist.

何かあればフロントにお電話ください、と言われたが、どこにもフロントの電話番号が書いてなく、結局ネットで代表に電話することになった。部屋の遮音性が低く、8階だったけどずっと夜中中道路の音がしていて、うるさかった。自販機が無いのも辛かった。
