Hotel refused to refund the amount even though we had valid reason why we couldn’t make it to stay there as it was too far for us and their shuttle bus is at least 40 min from the JR station and not at regular timing.

I had wonderful experience staying at Hotel Metropolitan Sendaii, great location to access anywhere else. Hotel Metropolitan Sendai will be my top choice to stay for the next visit.

There were no non-smoking rooms available when I booked so there's nothing I can do. The corridor on level 9 do have the smell of stale cigarette smoke but inside the room is fine. The air purifier in the room isn't working well exactly but overall the room facilities are still decent. I had a comfortable stay of four nights.

The hotel is very good, the location is convenient and connected to Sendai Station, it is very convenient for traveling and dining, the breakfast is very good, there are both Japanese and Western styles, the whole family is very satisfied with the meal, except for the bathing area without hot springs, everything else is highly recommended

The lobby is very beautiful, and the second floor is directly connected to Sendai Station by a sky bridge, which is very convenient. There is a large 7-11 next to it, and it is also close to various department stores for shopping. The room is small and dark, but the overall CP value is still very high.

The location is super convenient, but the hotel facilities and interior are really old. If the station is your activity and departure area, then this hotel is very suitable for you.

The room I stayed in this time was on the 18th floor, and I felt that the space was a little bigger. The hotel's breakfast was OK, and you could make your own seafood rice. There were also Sendai-style snacks for breakfast. The second floor of the hotel is right outside the central exit of Sendai Station, and it's a 5-minute walk to Sendai Airport by taking the Airport Line.

Very convenient, you don’t have to step out of the station to be exposed to the wind and rain. The breakfast is also very delicious, and they all have Sendai’s famous products.

The hotel is right at Sendai Station and the transportation is very convenient. There are many restaurants and department stores around the station, making shopping and dining very convenient. I will stay at this hotel again next time I go to Sendai!
