ที่ตั้งห่างจากสถานีเซนไดเดินประมาณ10นาทีกว่าๆ ผ่านย่านการค้าได้ไม่น่ากลัว หรือจะนั่งรถไฟใต้ดินมาก็ได้ ขนาดห้องพักโอเค พื้นที่กว้างพอให้กางกระเป๋าเดินทางและใช้สอยได้อีก เหมาะมากสำหรับการนอนคนเดียวหรือ2คน เสียดายน้ำที่อ่างล้างหน้ารู้สึกไม่ค่อยสะอาดเท่าไหร่ แต่ที่ชาวเวอรฺอาบร้ำกลับไม่เป็น ถังขยะในห้องน้ำเล็กไปหน่อยแต่รับได้ ช่วงประมาณ10โมงจะมีพนักงานทำความสะอาด เสียงค่อนข้างดังมาถึงในห้อง แต่ถ้าคุณไม่ได้อยู่ที่ห้องในช่วงเวลาดังกว่าก็ไม่น่าเป็นปัญหา ห้องทึ่ฉันพักหน้าต่างจะติดกับตึกข้างๆ เลยทำให้ไม่เห็นวิว แต่ไม่เป็นปัญหาสำหรับฉัน โดยรวมถือว่าดีสำหรับห้องพักราคาเท่านี้

1、安価である
2、モダンなインテリアで心地良い、スタイリッシュである
3、新しく、また、清潔である
4、フロントは呼べば出てきてくれるし、いちいちフロントに居なくてコスパ上良いし、更に鬱陶しく無い
5、必要と思うモノ、コト、は全て叶えられている
6、繁華街に近く便利
7、駅の真ん前に位置して高いより、少し離れても安価な方が良い

仙台市本町勾当台公園近くの好立地で、ホテルも築年数が浅く部屋内装が非常に綺麗です。特に水回りがモダンで価格以上の満足感があります！
アメニティも電子レンジが部屋に常備しており長期滞在の方にオススメです。
またホテルの向かいにコンビニや飲食店も多く、近隣のコインパーキングは比較的安価なので自家用車での来訪も問題ないです！

距離仙台站有一小段路程，攜帶大件行李的人可能要拖著行李走一段路。周遭有便利商店（步行約3分鐘）。房間整體還算乾淨、就是行李箱要打開會有點困難，因為房型略小。
房間內有微波爐、有浴缸、吹風機等設備。
