It was very uneasy and inconvenient that I couldn't make a reservation in advance for the parking lot. The room and facilities themselves were clean and comfortable. Convenience is also good from Sendai Station. The elevator ２ machine was a specification to stop at the front desk on the second floor every time, so it took a lot of time to call and ride, so I felt that I needed a leisurely action.

Staff were a little inexperienced with requests to ship luggage to another hotel however and forgot to give receipt. I also cannot read or write japanese but was asked to put the address down myself- at other hotels the concierge wrote the address for us.

However, the hotel sign is not very conspicuous and it is easy to miss it when passing by. The reception hall is on the 7th floor of the hotel and you need to change to the elevator to get there. The guest room is not large. Toiletries are available in the lobby. There is a large bath on the top floor that guests can use for free. Overall, it is not bad!

I bought lunch at seven on the first floor late. But when you can eat night meals for free...it was better than lunch. The breakfast was also the best.
