The stay was a mixed bag. Everything was great except for the bed. It was the hardest bed we’ve ever experienced. We didn’t sleep either night we were there. Very disappointed.

Dated rooms in need of some TLC. Looks like it was furnished 20 years ago in dire need of refreshing. No USB charging port ANYWHERE in the room so bring one. Not very convenient when you don’t have one and have an international business call at 3am!!! Not convenient for business travelers.

Our first visit to Seneca. Hamptom made it a pleasure. Shannon at the front desk made us feel very welcomed and assisted us with places to eat. The room was large and in good repair. Therefore, no complaints. Our go to place in Seneca.

We really enjoyed our stay in Seneca at the Hampton. We highly recommend it to others that are thinking about it. Our room was very clean. The beds had several soft pillows on them which we like for sleeping. The dip in the pool was refreshing and clean. You won't be disappointed with choosing this hotel. We chose Seneca because the hotels in Clemson were just too expensive. And it's only like a 10-15 minute car drive to Clemson.

I found on the first night that the tub did not drain when showering, which made for a less than desirable experience after traveling all day. I alerted the front desk immediately and was told that someone would be by at 7:45am the next day to take care of it. After 3 follow-ups the next morning, maintenance finally showed up at 11am, which completely ruined my plans for the day as I couldn't start getting ready to leave until then. Follow-ups had to be done at the front desk because the room phone also didn't work. Additionally, the room door was almost impossible to open and required quite a bit of force to get into the room each time. I will never stay at this Hampton again. The customer service ******!

There were 2 spiders in our room, one under the covers when we pulled it back! There was hair on the dresser and a used tissue under the desk. For Hilton, this was pretty poor on cleanliness.
I won’t be staying here again.
