In terms of the service this hotel offers, the friendliness of the staff, the breakfast, the things that there are to do at the hotel (2 pools, full gym, 24h massage room, 24h room service), all of those elements are beyond excellent. Our only issue with this hotel was the room. We didn’t feel like the room was completely unclean and the sheets smelled fresh, but there were obvious stains that they did not manage to get out. The overall state of the room looked fine, but the lighting of the room wasn’t very good to begin with, so it’s difficult to fully gauge cleanliness. Something else that bugged me was the closet door, that has an automatic light that turns off/on when the closet is closed/open that would not fully close, which kept the light on. I had to fold out our paper room key pouch and stuff it in between the rolling doors to keep the closet shut so the light would stay off. Lastly, the hotel only provided shower towels in the room, no face or hand towels, which is strange as it is usually standard to provide at least a 2nd set of towels that are to be used at the sink. Overall, I still very much do recommend this hotel for travellers who would like a relaxing stay with a great pool and lots of good restaurants in the area, and extremely close to Senggigi Port, however, little issues such as the ones listed could also be an issue for some.

very good price hotel in sengigi and clean too! have water dispensers outside the rooms, readily available! breakfast spread is mid, but overall worth the price. they dont have coffee inside the breakfast buffet but u can buy it at the sbux right outside~

Very dirty, dilapidated place. Bathroom had a horrendous smell, bedsheets were dirty, towels had holes in them. This place is not worth the price at all. Senggigi is no longer the place to stay anyway, so just save yourself a headache and go elsewhere.

That was very good staying in Aruna Hotel. Very clean, modern hotel with very good service. 2 pools, big restaurant, delicious breakfast, very good Beach also with hotel bar, and the best is price! Very good price if you see home much you get in this package. I hope i will be back sometimes.

Lovely hotel at a really good price :) both garden view and sea views are lovely! Two nice pools. Restaurant is good food! Really enjoyed our stay!
