The Katamaran Resort is a beautiful place to stay and to relax. The staff is amazing, always very friendly. Breakfast buffet is top and also lunch and dinner are great. The resort has a very well equipped gym and a beautiful pool.

The whole experience is magical, 5 star rating services from the service to the food. Plus, the sunset views every day were just amazing.

The hotel seems to be falling into disrepair. The staff is left to their own devices, and it's not entirely clear what they're doing, even to themselves.

The hotel is 5*, and it lives up to it. The room is absolutely gorgeous with a stunning sunset view! It's clean. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet offers a huge selection, and everything is delicious! There are several shops near the hotel, but you need to drive a little further to get to the lively area. The beach is nice and clean, with very soft sand, but it's not private—people might come up to you and offer to buy something. I had a wonderful three days here. Thank you!!!

If you enjoy all-inclusive resorts, this one is adequate. However, it felt too Western, missing the authentic Indonesian vibe I was hoping for. Moreover, although the pillowcases were replaced, the pillows themselves smelled of sweat from within and urgently need replacing

This location does not meet four-star standards. My experience was very disappointing, mainly due to poor cleanliness throughout the property. The overall condition did not match the expectations set by the rating, and it affected my stay negatively. Improvements in cleanliness and maintenance are definitely needed.

This resort is family friendly and very nice. However, Private Pool has zero privacy and could be seen from surrounding corridors.
