Overall is good, open bathroom is suprised for the first time but you get used to it later. Wifi connection is not so strong, but you can still connected. Nice view, helpful staff, affordable price.

The hotel is very good. The architecture is modern combined with a cool garden. The roof pool can be enjoyed while enjoying the sunset. The coolest thing is the taste of the food

The place is nice, clean, comfortable, just unfortunately for breakfast you have to climb quite high stairs around 4-5 floors and the elevator doesn't work, but the view at breakfast is very beautiful

Located at Senggigi..a very happening area crowded with all resorts and hotel..very friendly and helpful staffs..floating breakfast is super cheap..only an additional 100k rupiah and you may customize your menu...kudos to all the hotel staffs..I guess the problem lies with the top management..this resort has a magnificent interior landscape design..creating space and utilizing area BUT it was very old and Def need maintenance...water patches and stain is almost everywhere...I guess certain repainting work is very much needed...also..it's not child or elder friendly as that's too many stairs to climb up..of course the scenery worth the climb..yet this resort need an upgrade asap

Cantik, friendly staff, food also tasty! Toilet a bit scary (people from outside can see you 😅)
Overall I really enjoyed myself staying in Svarga!

Although it is in Senggigi, there is nothing around it
If the date is set wrong, the hotel refuses to change the time, and the room fee for one day will be lost.
You can't swim naked in the swimming pool of the pool room, because there are rooms around it... Swimming is hard enough, there are no handles and no steps, unless you are very tall, but the bottom of the pool is rocky.
There are many ants in the room and many black centipede-like long and wriggling black bugs that may not be centipedes, which is terrible.
The customer service workers are nice and smiling all the time, but these problems cannot be solved
The facilities are old and the guests are basically foreigners
I won’t stay here again. The driver recommends staying in Kuta or going directly to Gili at the airport next time. I won’t stay in Lombok anymore.
